Kozlowski Mark A DMD

LOVE this dentist!!! I’ve been going to him for well over 20 years. He and his entire staff are fabulous! Dr. Kozlowski is always available for emergencies (even on a holiday, once!) and he is completely understanding of any apprehensions, explaining anything in layman’s terms, using props or diagrams so you can easily visualize what’s happening or will happen. He is very patient with my phobias caused by past dental horrors, and, he maintains a great sense of humor, making jokes to set me at ease. LOL, he even entertains by knowing the lyrics of most songs on the local radio station, WBMW. Sue, my hygienist, is wonderful, thorough yet gentle — and she takes your mind off things with interesting stories of her family and furr kidds, while asking kindly about my own family because she genuinely cares. Stephanie and the administrative staff members are so personable and efficient; they will always bend over backwards to schedule, or rearrange appointments and will gladly contact the insurance for pre-​determinations to ease our minds re: co-​pay amounts. I would recommend Dr. Kozlowski’s practice to anyone and everyone! Hope he never retires while I am still chewing!!!
