Varsity Place Apartments

Don’t move in here. ! I moved in about two months ago and it’s bad. A little after I moved in and signed my leasing papers I found out by a friend that her apartment was broken into. And it’s very loud, almost every morning I wake up by neighbors with loud music and people coming in and out with there speakers blowing up in the car.. One day my niece was looking out the window and told me «Look Jessica, two women are fighting for the drivers seat» I told her to get away from the window and I closed the blinds, but little did I know that while peeking through the window two women started to punch each other in the face while the women was holding a baby. I hear the women screaming out «You can’t take my baby!»… I kid you not… my friend told me that a person went up to her and started to talk none sense to her for no reason and my neighbor had no idea what was going on. The person went to his car and got a gun. But did nothing to her. My point is there always seems like Varsity Apt, is up to no good. Stay away from here and spread the word! If you don’t believe me. My friend also told me that the cops later showed up and said «Theres at least one death a month». I myself is planning to break my lease!
