Most adults use some substance; most do not use them uncontrolled or unreasonably. Discussion of Alcohol and or Drug use can be a very emotional issue. Chiefly due to how abuse and addiction effect the non-​abuser/​addict (i.e, friends and family members). The turmoil caused by addiction can be considerable and over time tends to get worse rather than better. We can help you establish and maintain a sane and sensible recovery program.

Anger Management:

Anger is a completely normal, usually healthy, human emotion. But when it gets out of control and turns destructive, it can lead to problems – problems at work, in your personal relationships, and in the overall quality of your life. And it can make you feel as though you’re at the mercy of an unpredictable and powerful emotion. We can assist you learning how to develop and maintain a healthy, and reasonable approach to Anger.
