In business in Tyler since 1982, Powell Properties Real Estate has been helping prospective buyers and sellers in real estate, as well as renters, property management and Extended Stay Lodging.

Bert Powell along with his wife, Becca also own and operate Tyler’s first bed & breakfast, The Rosevine Inn located in the historic Brickstreet District. Some of their interests are restoring homes in the Azalea and Brickstreet Areas and enjoying membership and activity with the historic McClendon House.
