We are a full service real estate brokerage company specializing in upper end housing, commercial site acquisitions, commercial leases and lake properties. The largest part of our clientele is made up of physicians and medical practices and oil and gas professionals. We could be considered a boutique office where we work with a specific number of clients and handle pretty much any need they may have in the real estate field.

History

Established in 1995.

This office was formed by two professionals with multiple years of experience that pretty much handled every new physician that come to Tyler with the two primary hospitals. We were responsible for selling Tyler to new prospective recruits. As a result, we now handle many of the larger physician’s groups, both with their residential and commercial needs. While we will and do work in pretty much any price range necessary to accommodate our clients, we pretty much specialize in price ranges in excess of $ 350,000 to $ 400,000. We work with anyone that wants the top of the line representation. We also are very careful to combine investment with enjoyment in any real estate purchase and are constantly told how picky we are. Our philosophy is «when you go in, look for the way out». We provide you with the facts (good and bad) and you make the ultimate decisions.
