We got rates from Southside Bank in Tyler, Citibank, Wells-​Fargo, Regions, and Greater Texas Federal Credit Union. With no points and no gimmicks, Derek beat the next closest rate by nearly ¼%. On top of that, the process with Legacy was very efficient and we never had to call to ask about next steps. All of that information was provided for us at every turn, so we always knew where we were in the process. As icing on the cake, Derek extended a level of hospitality to us that’s well beyond what we’re accustomed to receiving. More recently, we decided to refinance, which also happened through Legacy, and the experience the second time around was virtually identical to the first. I don’t write a lot of reviews, but Legacy earned this one.
