Hossley & Embry is a personal injury law firm located in Tyler and Dallas, Texas. Our firm handles a wide variety of personal injury and other litigation, representing persons injured by negligent drivers in car wrecks, those hurt by dangerous products, victims of asbestos exposure, and others harmed by the dangerous and negligent conduct of others.

We handle a wide range of cases– from a car wreck to a commercial trucking accident and everything in between. We are willing to invest the time and resources needed to help our clients.

Meet the Business Owner

Jeff E.

Business Owner

Jeff grew up in Houston, Texas. Following high school, Jeff went to Baylor University in Waco, Texas. After graduating with a History and German double major, he went to law school at St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas on a Dean’s Scholarship. He was awarded the Patricia Scott Outstanding Advocate Award recognizing him as the outstanding trial advocate in the law school. Jeff graduated with honors, 13^th out of 234 in his class.

Following law school, Jeff went to work for the law firm of Gardere & Wynne, L.L.P. in Dallas, Texas. At Gardere & Wynne, he represented some of the largest corporations in the Dallas area. Jeff soon realized that he wanted to devote his law practice to representing people and not corporations. Jeff left Gardere & Wynne and went to work for the personal injury law firm of Windle Turley, P.C. In 2002, Jeff left Windle Turley, P.C. to help form Hossley Embry, L.L.P. and continue to dedicate his practice to representing individuals and families.
