Although Linda Hoak has been practicing law since 2001, the Linda R. Hoak, Attorney at Law, was established by Ms. Hoak in 2008. Since then, she has been serving the surrounding East Texas communities with strong, ethical representation of her clients and their cases.

Linda Hoak is the president and managing attorney of Linda R. Hoak, Attorney at Law.

Linda was born in Pittsburgh, PA where she joined the Army at the young age of 17. Her ability to learn languages resulted in Linda receiving formal training in the Arabic, Russian, and German languages and working in military intelligence. Linda served 10, highly-​decorated years before she decided to further her deep desire for public service.

Linda graduated from Notre Dame Law School in 2001. After graduation, she moved to Denver, Colorado where she began her practice of law — she maintains her Colorado license to this day. In 2005, Linda moved to East Texas where she subsequently passed the Texas bar. Linda’s experience in a variety of locations, her work with people of all backgrounds and social makeup, combined with her deep desire to «do what’s right», makes her your best choice for an attorney who will listen to you, act in your best interests, and give you the representation you deserve.
