Gateway Tire

The Manager, Don, in my opinion, is a buffoon, and a crook! Gateway Tire charged my credit card to the tune of over $ 1000, and all they did was screw up my truck. In fact, it was in much worse shape than when I dropped it off. Yep, that’s what $ 1000 gets you at Gateway Tire.
When I called Don to inquire why the check engine light was on, and there were eight (yes, eight) codes present– not to mention, my truck seemed like it was going to die, he wasn’t intelligent enough to come up with an answer. When I questioned Don as to why I was charged nearly $ 400 to fix the alignment, but the truck was severely pulling to the right, he mumbled, «Uh, well I’ll have my lead Tech look into it.»
Dear Gateway– I assure you, this matter is far from over! Oh yeah, my truck that you did more damage, than fix– yep, I took it to a real mechanic, and for only $ 147, they fixed *your* mess!
I’d highly recommend avoiding this place, at all costs!

I’m on my 3^rd vehicle cycle with Gateway. I can’t see any reason why I would ever change.
These guys are trustworthy. The pricing is competitive. The service is quick.

An oil change isn’t something you normally get excited about… but Gateway makes it bearable.
When I come in for an oil change I always get a greeting and a smile as soon as I walk through the door.
Service is great!
They offer free tire rotation and never try to up sell extra nonsense.
If you’re in a hurry Gateway is the place. Everyone here is always working and the waiting area never has more than three people watching tv.

I came here because I had a nail stuck in my tire that needed repair and it was time for my inspection. I usually go to the Whitehouse tire Store, but this seemed closer at the time. It wasn’t busy around the time that I came in, which was an hour close to closing time. Before I even made it to the counter, Tim, a sales rep introduced himself to me, offered me some complimentary bottled water and self-​made coffee area, one of those single serving gourmet makers. haha, service was quick indeed. In the end, I had a tire that needed repairing and another worn down one that needed replacing, & inspection with the warranty I purchased on the other tire, my new tire plus labor only cost me $ 121. Not bad. The repaired tire was done at no cost. They gave me a free rotation. Air checks are free! I was in the waiting area for no more than 20 minutes and I was out. Great service, I will be back to this location again!!!
