Business Owner

I started cosmetology school in Tyler at Barrow Beauty School in 1989. I knew I had found my love. Meeting people and making them feel good about themselves. My first job in the industry was at Fantastic Sam’s (January 1990) and then I was hired by JC Penney in March 1990 and learned many things in the 19 years I worked there. I finally stepped out on my own at Salon Vintage in May 2009 with a wonderful group of stylists I still love. Unfortunately the salon was sold and I had to find another place to work. I moved to Salon Boutique in July 2015. I love the salon and the people who are in it. It’s so awesome to work in an environment with people who enjoy their job and are willing to share what they know with others to make us all better at what we love to do naturally.
