Rivers End Campground

Campground has everything you need. RV and tent sites. Warning: tent sites do not have car accessibility. Wish we would have known that. Other then that one small detail it was great. Clean bathrooms and a short walk to the beach. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the area to walk to.

all the area sites. We have enjoyed our stay and
will be back next year. The staff are very friendly.

If you’re an RV owner, I can see this being a great place for you. The staff was very nice and helpful, and the grounds were well kept and clean. Bathrooms and showers were great too. As a tent camper, I have to say it left a lot to be desired. We were given a camping spot 4 feet away from the access road the whole neighborhood uses, and right across from the dog run. There wasn’t any drinking water available for campers, so I had to find an empty RV site to get drinking water from. This wouldn’t have been so bad, but the fact that I paid more for this campsite than any other campsite I’ve been to this summer (which have been many, and all over the country) made me feel a little ripped off. The beach is nice, and it’s a lot cheaper to «camp» at River’s End than rent a condo or something. But I left feeling disappointed in what I was given for my money.

Nice camping close to the beach. We were tent camping and were happy that the tent area is a bit removed from the RVs, so you don’t have generators driving you nuts all evening. If it’s busy I can see this feeling very cramped, but you’re not hear for the camping experience, you’re here to be close to the beach!

This is an excellent little park. Sites are decent sized, and though close together we didn’t feel right on top of our neighbors. Amenities are *nice*: strong wifi, good water pressure, excellent cable reception with a wide choice of channels. Staff were accommodating and pleasant. The little welcome package they put together with our name on it really made us feel like wanted guests. 10 minute walk to either of two beaches, one on the river, one on the ocean. The ocean beach is near an impressive lighthouse and a beachfront bar with well-​made drinks and fresh, delicious food that was reasonably priced. We camped here as part of a rally so we had a special rate, which was reasonable, but a higher rate would have still been worth it. An excellent RV park!
