Just bad. I’ve eaten a lot of phở, from Chinatown in NYC and San Francisco to Ho Chi Minh. This is oversweet, cabbage topped, limp noodle, poorly garnished bad. Tried the octopus legs which were bland, though tender. Was really hoping for more. :(

Ordered Phở and a Bahn Mi and some other items from the restaurant counter. Was so disappointed. The phở was an abomination… rice noodle vermicelli was mush, broth was canned, the meat was tough and pre-​cooked and the accompaniments were a few chunks of cabbage, a lone lime and a jalapeño slice… no sprouts and black, moldy basil.
The sandwich was a few slices of flat-​topped «beef» and «asian slaw» which was cabbage, cabbage and more cabbage tossed with a soy vinegar and a cilantro leaf. No carrots, daikon, jalapeño or anything traditional served on a mushy baguette
Also ordered dumplings, general tso chicken… all awful. Total order cost about 50 bucks. Had high hopes but we wont be back

First of all, if your going to put vietnamese into your business name, actually serve vietnamese food instead of serving Chinese buffet style items! They have only two dishes that are vietnamese, Banh Mi and Phở. The Banh Mi was very wet! Vietnamese Banh Mi is not wet. They didn’t even offer the option to have NO MAYO on the sandwich because «It already comes on the bread.» MIND YOU the bread wasn’t even french bread it was a thick powdery Panera bread lol. I asked for jalapeños and the staff looked at me clueless and said that they put bell peppers on there sandwiches. ASIANS put spicy peppers on there sandwiches NOT sweet peppers, gross. The Banh Mi meat was very bland and had no seasoning. There drinks selections is very limited and always seem to be out, especially smoothies. So Bo Bein Hut please add more vietnamese items to your menu if your going to have a vietnamese name. The vietnamese people who live in savannah/​tybee come to your facility to eat Vietnamese, we don’t want to eat chinese buffet food otherwise we would stay in Savannah :). With all respect just trying to help you guys out.
