Don’t expect them to think independently from your insurance carrier. Tim’s Collision clearly represent the insurance company ONLY. If you want input to the repairs or would like a car repair shop to represent you and not SOLELY the insurance company; you may want to choose differently. This is not a repair shop that cares about the individual owner of the car.

I’ve been there a few times and it’s always been a good experience (and I’ve experienced some nightmares with car repairs). Very professional staff, and they always do a great job. Highly recommended.
