Easy to order. Nothing too complicated or fancy. My family and I are huge fans of their sauce. I always order the Chicken Bowl while they order something different each time. They also have various sushi rolls, udon, and other dishes. The service was quick and place was comfortable.

Love this place. I always call ahead. I’ve never had any mistakes with my order. Even when ordering for large parties. Food quality is always top notch. Perfect substitution for flame broiler and Waba. The meat seems much better. Especially the beef. The veggies are always cooked perfectly. I usually get the number 11 plate with the chicken beef white rice and veggies. They always ask you if you want extra sauce but make sure you get extra.

The food is consistently good. I generally go with their chicken or beef teriyaki bowl or plate as well as their lunch bowl specials. I recommend skipping fast food and come here instead because their service is super fast.

I absolutely love their teriyaki chicken bowl. I’ve been coming here for years, and recently switched jobs and work around the corner. It always good to know that if I’m in a rush I can call in my order and by the time I get there have my food ready. In and out in 1 minute. I’m a regular now, and whenever I come in they greet me by my name, it makes one feel good! The owners look to take pride in what they do. They’re always polite, and clean. You can see the owner, cleaning, cooking, working the cashier, and even taking your food to your table. Awesome customer sevice. Almost forgot to mention their teriyaki sauce tastes good, it deserves 5 stars on its own!!!

I see lots of great reviews for the teriyaki, but my gf and I had dinner here two nights ago. I have only two words for the tempura, which both of us had.(It was greasy, without much crunch or flavor.) Food Poisoning. I had to take the day off work the next day to run back and forth to the john, my gf spent the day nauseated. Enjoy the teriyaki.

Seriously. Best Teriyaki house ever. I’ve had Mos2, flameboiler, and many others, nothing compares to this place so good and the owners are so nice. Clean place to eat, friendly service, and overall great food. Love this place!!!

Love this spot! Good portions and friendly service. Most importantly the teriyanki chicken is quite flavorful. Just added this location to my lunch rotation…

I’ve been eating here since 2006, when I lived in North Tustin. I was hooked. I later joined the Marines, and while stationed at Pendleton, I tried a nearby Flame Broiler. Two bites, and I tossed my food in the trash, got in my car, and drove all the way to Yogis. This is one of the few places where the quality of food and service has remained top notch. I live in Lake Elsinore now, and every now and then I’ll crave this place. I’ll either endure the 91 traffic, or trek the Ortega just for a beef bowl, gyoza, and a can of green tea. Worth it.

Pretty decent food and good service. The combo boxes were similar to Yoshinoya but with better quality. I didn’t think the teriyaki sauce was anything special but it wasn’t bad either. I especially appreciated the young man working in the front as a cashier. He was very polite. I would come back again and try other items. Seems like a very nice family owned business.

This is my favorite teriyaki place. I’ve had the chicken bowl, half chicken half beef bowl, chicken and veggie bowl and I’m obsessed with all of it. I always call ahead for pick up and it’s always ready for me I walk in n out. The prices are just as great as the taste 6 bucks for a large chicken bowl, I always have left overs.

Atmosphere: Typical strip mall restaurant with a small business owner feel. Clean, bright and very well kept by someone who appears to be an owner, on premises doing everything from cooking, cleaning to cashier. Food and beverages are served in styrofoam to-go boxes/cups whether you are dining in or taking out. Food: I ordered the shrimp tempura plate and crunch roll that were advertised on the window banners, although I could see everyone else in the place shoveling teriyaki. Everything I asked for was made to order, served fresh and hot. However, the flavors weren’t anything special. I could not, in good conscious, recommend the Crunch Roll because it was bland with little crunch. The tempura was just alright, although it’s the tempura sauce that saved it. That being said, this place must get its good reviews as a result of its sauces. I could smell the teriyaki being cooked up in the open kitchen. The place had a stready stream of happy customers enjoying their teriyaki bowls smothered in the sticky-sweet sauce. So, before writing this place off, I’ll come back and try some.

The staff are nice and friendly! The woman at the register has a lovely smile! :) I got a large chicken teriyaki bowl. The sauce was delicious! Our order came out super quick! The chicken was grilled perfectly imo! So good! Now I want to come back and try their sushi! :)

Yum Yum Yum. Tastier and larger portions than the other 2 corporate franchises, plus theres more on the menu. I had the teriyaki chicken veggie bowl w/brown rice. I will eat here again.

Very simple menu, clean, nothing too fancy, plain, but nothing wrong with that. Teriyaki chicken blanketing white rice, then smothered with teriyaki, what’s so difficult about that? It’s a very simple menu, easy and tastes good. I love that its clean and well kept, I don’t have to worry about what could possibly be hiding in my food. I wish I could give them a higher rating, but I have to stay true to my reviews, because there just wasn’t a wow factor that really sets this place apart from the rest. Anyone can open a restaurant and serve good food, but not everyone can bring the next big thing. This is a great establishment and I will recommend for all of those taking a quick lunch break or a bite to eat. Wonderful place, they really do a good job! It just needs a wow factor!

Hand’s down the best teriyaki shop in OC. So fresh, healthy, and the owners are so nice and friendly. It’s a weekly obsession for me. Chicken breast, white meat, brown rice, hot sauce. Heaven.

YUM. Clean store, nice appearance. The gentleman at the cash register was friendly and efficient. I ordered the large chicken and veggie plate with rice and it was a TON of food for just around $ 8 or so. Very good value and it was delicious, though some of the chicken may have been just a touch over grilled, it wasn’t a deal breaker. I left very satisfied and will be back if I’m in the area.

Do you want fresh teriyaki chicken with lots of options? This is the place for you. Personally, Yogi’s beats flame broiler anyday. Price, quality, quantity… Everything about it is so superb. Food: — I LOVE their chicken. I always get the small chicken veggie with brown rice and it tastes so delicious. I can actually eat it for 2 meals since the small size is pretty big. — Their Crunch Roll is genius. It’s fast and simple unlike most sushi restaurants but it tastes so so good for being made in 1 minute. You can dine in for no extra charge and they serve your food to you! But to-go is also a popular option as well. It gets busy starting from 11:30am so I would say calling in your order beforehand wouldn’t hurt either. They’ll most likely have it ready for you by the time you’re in! Friendly staff, great quality food for a bomb price, I can’t say anything else but CHECKITOUT!!! You won’t be disappointed :)

I was stuck in the office meeting with a fat, obnoxious, talkative guy. I needed a quick lunch so that I could get rid of the obnoxious one and free up my afternoon. I had been here before. It was time for me to get lunch here again. I arrived a little after 12 noon. The woman cashier is greeting her customers by saying«Annyong Haseyo!» I was all prepared to say it back to her, and give her my best«Kamsahamnida». Instead, she says to me, «Hi, what would you like to order?» I ordered a small chicken bowl, and paid for my meal. A couple minutes later, the husband gives me my lunch, and I am back to the office to eat it, until the fat, talkative, obnoxious guy interrupts. 20 minutes later, I get rid of the obnoxious one. To my surprise, after obnoxious one finishes bothering me, I get back to my chicken bowl and find that it is still warm. The chicken teriyaki has been okay the times that I have been here. It is not the best. There is nothing special about it. But, it fills my empty stomach. The chicken bowl is reasonably priced at $ 4.79 plus tax. It is not any better than Waba or Flame Broiler. I’ll come back if in the mood for chicken teriyaki.
