Wiki Wiki Shave Ice

I don’t get the hype. I tried their shaved ice and it was ok at best. Been looking for a really good shaved ice place. haven’t found one yet.

Not even sure where to start with how great Wiki Wiki is! Aside from everything tasting absolutely fabulous (tons of flavors to satisfy any palate), Sheri made the entire process so easy and seamless. I contacted her days before my son’s birthday and we were still able to book them! Emails are responded to so promptly – I’ve never worked with any vendor that responds as quickly as she does. Customer service and satisfaction is definitely #1 here. They are so professional and friendly. We will definitely be recommending them to our friends/​family and using them for other special occasions. Thanks so much!

This family run business is so awesome! Sheri was professional and prompt with her emails to help us book them for our daughter’s birthday party. She wasn’t present on the day of the party, but the guy & girl (sorry I didn’t catch their names) working that day were friendly and upbeat — perfect for a kid’s party. Only complaint is that it is a little pricey for shave ice, but since they can pretty much cater anywhere, I’m sure the travel & mobile equipment can get costly. Overall we were very happy with them & look forward to hiring them again in the future!

They need more pictures for their shaved ice combinations. Everyone loves to see what they are getting. Other than that, the ice is delicious and the place is clean and spacious. Parking can be a bit tough on weekends.

I used Wiki Wiki for my sons 1^st birthday party and everyone loved it! My guests are still talking about how good the shaved ice was a week later. The ice is so fluffy and yummy like traditional Hawaiian shaved ice not like the snow cone type knock offs that are out there. The staff was super friendly and and attentive especially to all the little ones who were going back for a third and fourth helping. I definitely plan on using Wiki Wiki for future events and you should too!

We were very happy with the timeliness, service and product that Wiki Wiki Shave Ice provided for my daughter’s graduation party! We were also very impressed with their attention to detail regarding my daughter’s allergies. We would recommend them and use them again!

I had my sons (1^st and 8^th) Birthday Party in May and we hired Wiki Wiki Ice and let me tell you Sheri and her team were AWSOME! They were so nice and professional it felt like we hired family! Also their set and flavors were outstanding! They have the classics to specialties, even a pickle flavor that I tried and it was pretty good! I will always hire them for all my events! We’ve used them multiple times for birthday parties, baby showers, etc and they are always a big hit. The service is great and the shave ice flavors are delish! We will continue to use them for our events and highly recommend them to everyone.

Wiki Wiki shave ice was invited to cater at my work for hospital week but I also found out that they have a location in Tustin. They were amazing, just watching them set up the shaved ice and pouring all their delicious concoctions over the shaved ice was fun to watch. They set up four different lines so they were very efficient!
They had all kinds of flavors and even some signature combos like Root beer float and vanilla dream and lots more also some sugar free flavors. You can order your shaved ice with or without a scoop of vanilla ice cream in the center covered by shaved ice. After topping off the shaved ice with what ever flavor you like you can choose to add condense milk or not.
I went with their strawberry flavor and coconut flavor topped with condense milk. MMMmmm it was so good! The bowl they serve your shaved ice is a decent size but I was still wanted more. I will definitely have to visit their Tustin location but its good to know that they cater and I bet they will be the hit of the party if they are invited to cater an event.

I hired Wiki Wiki to do an event at my high school. They were so great the event was our international fair where we also sell food. The line for wikiwiki was the longest line of any food booth everybody who walked away had a big smile on their face and people have asked me to have them back again for our next event. I plan on it

We used Wiki Wiki for our Open House for the grand opening of our elementary school. Sheri was super responsive during the entire process, from inquiry to the day of. Great customer service, staff was professional, and best of all, shaved ice was scrumptious!

We hired Wiki Wiki for a company picnic last week, and it was an awesome experience. It was hot outside, so everyone loved the shaved ice and ice cream combos. The price was really affordable– it was $ 275 for 2 hours of serving, which included setup and cleanup. Overall it was a great experience and we would definately hire them again.

Shaved Ice was huge hit at my son’s birthday party, for both kids and parents! Sheri was very quick on responding emails and any requests, super pro for organizing everything for us from beginning to end.
Stephen and Kalo arrived on time at the day of event, fast set up, very professional! they were very friendly and fast! the shaved ice was not too sweet and have the option for little ones just have plain ice, they also have no sugar options for toddlers or older kids as well. anyways, very refreshing touch for the party!

Thank you for coming to the Orange Executive Tower today! We were fortunate enough to have free shaved ice all afternoon during work. I tried the passion fruit and watermelon on my first round. I couldn’t tell which was which for some reason. Plus, both were red so that didn’t help. Tasted good nonetheless and the ice was really nicely shaved.
2^nd round, i got the mango and honey dew and added chili powder. YUMMY! Its weird if you’re not used to that kind of combo but if you love fruit and tajin, you’ll love that.
My Co worker ventured to the dill pickle and chili which was also surprisingly awesome.
Loved it and the staff was super friendly and helpful.

We all got Wiki-​Wit-​It at my sister’s baby shower! Whew, Saturday was a blistering 90 degree SoCal summer day, so our party all flocked to the cool sight of Wiki Wiki shave ice. Everyone made more than a handful of trips back to the shave ice stand — it was the perfect addition to the party!
The Wiki Wiki employees were all super friendly and enthusiastic. They took the time to explain to us how to order, suggested special flavors, and even allowed us to taste flavors before we committed to anything. I also loved that they were dog friendly! Our furry guests were able to chomp down on plain shave ice to cool down from the hot summer sun.
Let me just say, I’m not a huge pickle fan, but the Wiki Dill Pickle had to of been one of my top flavors! It was unexpected, fun to eat and surprisingly refreshing! I especially enjoyed the Pico de Gallo Chili Powder! I’m a spice lover, and it had an addicting sweet and spicy kick to it.
My second favorite was the Wiki ⁵⁰⁄₅₀! It’s vanilla bean ice cream with shave ice, topped with orange flavored syrup, and lots of drizzled condensed milk. It was icy, creamy, dreamy and reminded me of, that’s right, an orange creamsicle.
There were so many other delicious flavors and combinations! I really enjoyed tamarind topped with the chili powder. The flavor was exotic and again, very refreshing! The Wiki Creamy Dreamy Coconut was truly creamy from the vanilla bean ice cream, but not overly sweet and the perfect choice for coconut lovers! Also the root beer float was a hit! The vanilla bean ice cream was an additional item you can add to any of the flavors and combinations. Many of us went for it!
The star of the show was the azuki bean topping. It went very quickly! The quality of the azuki beans were gourmet and they were sweet and nutty. They added a surprising flavorful dimension on the shave ice masterpieces!
You can adjust how sweet your shave ice creations are, simply by how much or how little condensed milk you drizzle on top. Some people opted out entirely from condensed milk and it was still a very tasty icy treat!

My husband and I go to Hawaii every May so we are familiar with authentic Hawaiian shave ice. Wiki Wiki is pretty awesome with their flavors and consistency of the shave ice. (I’ve had smoother ice in Hawaii but theirs is pretty good)
I hired Wiki Wiki Shave Ice to cater our annual potluck this year. Booking was easy. I just filled out their online form and they contacted me right away. You need to put down 50% deposit to hold your date (via PayPal) and they remaining balance is due on the day of the event (cash or check). Note that a traveling fee of $ 75 can be added depending on the location of your event. Also, it’s $ 25 extra for ice cream and toppings (condensed/​evaporated milk, sour spray, Pico powder, Li Hing Mui Powder), $ 10 extra for Azuki Beans, and $ 125 extra for Alcohol.
Anyway, during our party, the temperature dropped to like 50 degrees (it was 80 degrees the weekend before!) and it was raining that morning. Either way, we weren’t going to let this ruin our shave ice! We had a 10×10 foot canopy, fire pit, and patio heater in our backyard. They arrived 30 minutes early to set up and gave us a 15 minute last call so folks to get last minute orders in before they left.
Most people got more than 1 shave ice… so I’m glad they all enjoyed it! My husband had 4 and my brother-​in-​law had 3. We’ve already had a few people inquire about Wiki Wiki because they liked them so much.
My husband’s birthday is in July (we had a Hawaiian theme BBQ at a park in Brea last year. I wished I had knew about them sooner!). Anyway, there’s always next year! They get busy during the summer so book early!
