Very disappointed in response time and return communication. So inefficient and ineffective

This is by far one of the most horrible management companies around. They speak to customers in a condescending voice like you owe them something. I had the pleasure of calling many times to try and find Rita who is never around. If you manage storage units that’s one thing, but if you manage a housing property, please remember that people are not storage units. Your professionalism level must be elevated. We pay you money and you treat us like dirt. I have never once heard you say thank you or please. Your e-​mails that eventually come from your phone are one sentence long. Stick to managing storage units because they cant talk back to you. You owe people apologies all around and you need to be responsive. Your pushiness is unacceptable. If i could give zero stars I would. And Marge, you too need to be nice to people.
