Established in 1998.

Tustin Speech and Language was launched as a speech therapy clinic. Services were expanded to include Occupational Therapy and Applied Behavior Analysis with the goal of provided integrated services for our clients. Kymry Fowler took over management of the practice in the summer of 2012 and purchased the practice in early 2013.

Very unprofessional. I had to make several phone calls to make sure they have the authorization. They said that do not have it even though it was faxed twice. Then I make the appointment and when we get there there is no appointment !
I did not see any therapists there, so this review is just for the gals handling the authorizations and appointments.

Wow this place is a joke. My son has autism and would benefit from additional speech therapy away from pre k. I emailed over a copy of my insurance card to Cynthia at the front and she said she will see what services are covered under our insurance. 3 days later no response. I call the speech center and a lady answers that does not care that I’m upset and that my son needs therapy now asap! She tells me they are waiting on a billing company they use to check my insurance and see if it’s covered. Really it takes 3 days??? She was not helpful at all. If they are so horrible at helping clients why in the heck would I ever send my son there? LOL what a joke. Do not go here… customer service is really bad.

I was very unhappy with the administration department at this facility. The staff was unprofessional and mis-​lead me. They let my son recieve treatment while leading me to believe it was being covered by insurance. Then they throw a huge bill at me. If I would have understood the bill was not being covered I would have stopped treatment until the issue was resolved. They were not understanding in any way and did not work with me to come to a reasonable solution. Beware and look elsewhere for services.
