About two months ago, I drove around many different jeweler a looking for somewhere comfortable to buy an engagement ring. They were very helpful and not pushy. They asked what I was looking for and the price. Within minutes and after looking at several rings, I found an amazing ring. I had to resize it twice and had no problems.
I recently proposed and have received only compliments on the ring. My fiancé loves it and can’t wait to shop for our bands here. They are a small jeweler. I have shopped at bigger commercial jewelry stores before and you really buy the name not the quality there. I really like the work done at this store.

Avoide this business and go to an actual legitimate jewelry store that allows you to return your purchase.
I had a diamond wedding ring worth 7k. I divorced and later remarried. We took my ring to either sell, or trade in for another ring.
I was given a 2k trade in value on my diamond. I chose the new band and diamond and was told to come back later while they fit my new ring together.
Upon returning they handed me a ring that was supposibly the diamond that I had chosen. I was horrified to see that this was not the diamond they originally sold me. It was clowdy, yellow in color and significantly smaller.
I told them that this was not the diamond I had originally purchased and that they had switched the diamond and that I wanted my original ring back and that I no longer wanted to do business with them.
Anthony immediately became angry and began to get defensive and said he already melted down my original ring. He refused to show me the melted ring and the diamonds that had once been in my ring.
He insisted that I just choose another diamond if I was unhappy with the one they gave me or he was just going to give me $ 1000 for my 7k ring.
I was forced to buy another more expensive diamond.
Two days later the diamond fell from the band, I have gone back several times to get my ring tightened. I was told to just keep coming back for tightenings and that she would not exchange my band for a more secure one.
In the end I ended up at Jared’s Galleria of Jewelry where I had to buy a whole new band for my diamond.

Well, when you are not living around, you have to consider driving back and forth, if you have to adjust your ring size. They are nice to help you out. This time I have to get my ring size redo. The guy who did a good job, he cleaned my diamond to keep it very Shane. They buy gold and diamond too.

Our original plan was to purchase a diamond pendant as a replacement for the one I lost. However, we left with a beautiful 1 carat diamond pendant and matching 2 carat diamond earnings as well — I am spoiled by a wonderful man! The prices are competitive and the service was great. The pendant and earnings each came with an appraisal so we can insure these beauties (yes, my mother taught me to insure my diamonds, and you should too)! After wearing the pendant for a bit, I decided I wanted a different setting and returned the following day to have it reset and was pleasantly surprise that it was done free of charge while I waited!

After hesitating to have my engagement ring resized, I came across the Tustin Dimond Exchange and i’m so glad I did. Anthony and his staff we incredibly helpful and eased my concern over having my platinum engagement ring resized. It took no more than 2 hours and my ring was perfect!
I am very pleased with the results and will be a returning customer when it’s time to have my wedding bands made. The quality, selection and workmanship is unbeatable.

I bought a beautiful diamond ring for my now wife over 2 years ago from Tustin Diamond Exchange. The service has been amazing and what you get for the price is insane. As I was recommended to by the owner I come in every year and he makes sure all the stones are nice and tight and he cleans the ring. (This is all free of charge and he wouldn’t even take a tip from me). He makes it look brand new again and my wife is always so happy to see her ring look so amazing. I don’t want to mention how much I spend but let’s just say the ring was appraised for over $ 16k and I didn’t pay near that. I shopped around a lot and became nearly a gemologist in the process. I couldn’t have gotten my wife such an amazing, giant, and great quality ring if I wouldn’t have gone to Tustin Diamond Exchange. I highly, highly recommend this place.

I love the ‘no pressure’ sales at Tustin Diamond Exchange, we told them what we were looking for, found a setting I loved, chose the exact diamond we wanted. I have a ring I will love the rest of my life, and we feel we got a great deal. The staff was warm and friendly and cared about doing things the right way. They also do repairs, sizing, etc. Then I talked to my sis and found out they love the Diamond Exchange too, and plan to go back this year. Seems we have a new family jeweler, thanks Anthony!

Well, I went here just looking! Ending up buying! What more can I say. Laurie was so super nice and very helpful. Not pushy at all. I haven’t pick up my ring. If there’s a problem with it, I’m confident they will work on solving them. Thanks again Laurie.

Got a ring here as a gift… Loved it… The staff was very helpful and patient with me (lol)… When we got home I noticed a slight defect… Went bk and the exchange was done smoothly… I’m a happy camper… a ring from the love of my life… I am blessed

We have not been happy throughout our purchase experience with this company and in several conversations have had to listen to Anthony shout at both me and my husband (Completely unacceptable to shout at a lady over the phone). I am well travelled and lived in a few countries and have never been spoken to by someone like that before let alone as a customer of a high value item. He has repeatedly insulted myself and my husband through this process. All of this because I simply am not happy with the product and service. I should just be able to get my money back, right? Wrong. Tustin Diamond Exchange has a NO refund policy. Red flag number 1. No legitimate business, especially one in this genre of business should have a no refund policy. 30 days at minimum would be appropriate if you look at all other businesses of this nature, even online ones.
He sold us a «European cut» 3 carat diamond but did not declare that it was European cut which he should have done because it affects the value by 40% lower (this was a diamond cut pre 1930’s and as such is less desirable). ²⁄₃ appraisers have valued the diamond significantly lower than what we paid. Despite all of this we decided to just keep it because I didn’t want bad energy on my hands & frankly had had enough of Anthony yelling at us over the phone. We also had a setting made with him: it was OK when we fetched it (completed 3 weeks after the date he had promised) — it was not really what I wanted but we decided to just keep it. Within 48hrs it had lost a diamond and you could see yellow gold at the join indicating a very bad rhodium job. When we requested to return the setting he suddenly wanted to deduct money off the refund.
I have just had another final conversation with Anthony in which he insulted me, made threats and demands.
Please do not waste your time and money. You can find something better online & deal with legitimate companies who will treat you with respect.

Great prices. Very patient. We weren’t sure what we wanted. They were very accommodating. Made suggestions and we were out of there within budget. They sized and made changes requested within a half hour. Great experience!

We are so pleased with this place. We spent a couple weeks shopping around at many different jewelers and no one took care of us like The Diamond Exchange. They gave us a great deal at wholesale cost and we are so happy with the end product. They even exchanged the setting for us, no questions asked, the day after we bought it, simply because my wife was not 100% in love with the setting. They got us into another setting at no extra charge. They were very helpful, and incredibly patient with us. We will defiantly be coming back to this place again!

After taking a trip to their direct competition down the street (we all know who they are).we found our way into this jeweler!
We were greeted. Got detailed explanations on all of our options. Found rings that we love. Personalized the rings to fit our needs and were given a killer deal.
If you are wanting to find a quiet, easy going, reasonably priced jeweler the. This is the place.
They offer a lay a way plan so it makes it easy to hold your purchase and pay. Rings are pricey so if you want to buy that special someone something new than consider a nice piece of custom jewelry!
We bought 10 year anniversary rings! Can’t wait to get them finished and to pick them up!

Great selection with reasonable prices. Very willing to work with you on stones and settings. I would highly recommend them. Could only be better if they had 30 day return policy.

Of course you would not have record of me. I DIDNT BUY IT. And yes it was purchased at the TUSTIN store, He’s made 5 trips there and back. He purchased it was told he had to come back the following day because it had to be sized (hour and a half to two hours EACH WAY!) Went back to exchange it for a full carat, was given the cloudy stone w/​visible lines in sunlight, went back to exchange it. AFTER CALLING TO VERIFY YOU HAD WHAT HE WANTED he waited over a hour only to be told you did not have anything for him. Another 2 hrs there AND back 4 hours and gas wasted! We went back AGAIN and was told there were NO BETTER 1 carat rings available. We end up buying smaller loose stone for more money and had pay to have it set AND to go back the next day to pick it up (was that or wait 6 hours hanging out in Tustin!) Poor business practices. NOT HAPPY AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

Anthony designed my ring and my fiancé’s ring. We couldn’t be more happy. 5 stars! 8.3 Karat Black Engagement Diamond Ring… so gorgeous and two side wedding bands. Marc’s is a 12 mm black rugged finish tungsten band… it’s tough… matches his Harley! Lol… we are happy! Fast and friendly!

My husband and I have been customers of the Tustin Diamond Exchange for a little over 2 years. Everyone wants a great price and perhaps some people go in only thing about that. I think what counts is the quality of your jewelry and the customer service you receive while your expectations are being met. That being said, I am a very picky woman, I have high expectations, I can be very pushy and I can have an a little attitude. Anthony has been overly patient with my ever changing mind, my critiquing and my impatience.
We have purchase 1 ct. diamond screw back earrings in addition to the purchase of my ring that has a 1 ct. center stone and is 3 ct. total weight. I have lost a side stone, that Anthony reset without complaint. I have had it dipped twice. Today, I had the 6 prong head changed to a 4 prong head. Anthony was able to change the prong and dip it all with 4 hours.
If you are looking for a more personal experience and you want to be able to say — «My Jeweler», then you should stop by and see Anthony.

Ive purchased several pieces of jewelry from this jeweler for my girl friend and have always been very pleased. I initially picked this place because I saw the perfect ring they had for sale online. The prices are extremely good. I had been pricing similar rings at other retailers and they were by far the cheapest! Six months after I purchased the ring two of the many smaller diamonds had fallen out. I called Tustin diamond exchange to see how much it would cost to replace the diamonds and they said to send it up to them (I live in San Diego) and they will replace the diamonds and clean the ring at no charge! They were extremely apologetic that had happened. I sent the ring and received it back within a week and a half. I will definitely continue to do business with this company. I have referred them to my roommates who are getting married. Although I don’t think they found the ring they were looking for they were impressed by their customer service and prices!

This place is a top notch business! I am glad I stopped by and checked it out! They have a great selection and great prices. Anthony was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgable and helpful. Anthony presented my fiancé with several options of wedding bands to enhance her solitaire. There was never any pressure to buy and she was able to pick what she liked.
Once our wedding bands were picked, Anthony went above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect for her set! He even made some minor repairs to her engagement ring that I had purchased somewhere else to make sure everything was perfect for our upcoming wedding.
From the outside, this appears to be an average looking jewelry store. But step on inside and you will be amazed with the clean and professional store with top notch customer service and great selection.
