Sadly I wasn’t able to continue working with Tier 1 Security, as a past employee the training was perfect something most companies don’t do is certify there employees in Loss Prevention. and the CPR course. completely free. only con was that since there was only 1 client in my area. I wasn’t full-​time, but the training was worth it. Recommended for anyone. starting out in security. If you’re a client. I recommend this company because of the specialized training that all employees partake.

I suppose I’m not so special for getting hired here. This was my first step into the security and asset protection industry, and help me in obtaining other jobs elsewhere. I definitely learned a lot, and should DEFINITELY be considered nothing more than entry-​level (at least the asset protection aspect of it). Their training is pretty thorough and I was able to use this training in other jobs. Unfortunately, the lack of structure (not knowing when or where I was working until the day before the week starts) was what got me to leave. Otherwise, it was a neat experience.
I will never work for this company again, and if anyone is looking to join, I wouldn’t recommend it unless they have absolutely zero experience in this industry.

Not a family orientated company. If you have visable tattoo’s don’t bother going. They won’t hire you. Their turnaround rate is high. That’s why they are always hiring.

Hello my name is Rob I am 28 years old 100% medically retired combat veteran with a family of six. Today I Went to a interview with this company. I walked in filled out a application waited about 45 min to be interviewed, the interview went like this:
«so tell me about Rob» so I tell him about myself. «those tattoos are going to be a problem we don’t hire people with tattoos. What are those tattoos of»? I explain they all have to do with my military service and the other was a memorial tattoo for my brother that passed away in 2006 as a law enforcement officer. His response: «ya sorry Rob. But I’m sure you have heard this before.» To which I reply I had not, thanked him for his time and walked out.
Now this wouldn’t be an issue for me until I noticed a familiar face. A supervisor I had worked with at a previous loss prevention company (special operations international). He is now a supervisor here and wouldn’t you know it. He has visible tattoos as well and is working as a supervisor for this company that just told me they did not hire on people with tattoos.
