This place was the perfect option for our company celebration event. We had apps and drinks and got to shop for jeans. The owner was very helpful with finding options for us, and made the whole experience fun. I would recommend this as a team building option. #Bingit

So I stumbled into this place last night while waiting for a dinner reservation and though the selection of jeans was great, the two women working provided me with the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered! I walk in and the two girls were sitting down, chatting up a wonderfully gossipy storm and didn’t even bother to say hello or greet me. While shopping, neither offered assistance while I attempted to grab sizes and shuffle through jeans, they only awkwardly stared at me from their seats from time to time. Eventually, once my hands were completely full, one stood up and offered me a fitting room. I asked for secondary sizes, and she just looked confused and insisted that all they had were on the shelves.
Needless to say, I can get the same great (or better) jean brands at Nordstrom and enjoy a great customer experience as well, so I won’t be returning here again.

Long Beach, CA
Stopped by The Denim Lab after lunch at Native Foods. Finally a store with premium brands, all under one roof. This place just opened. I was greeted by Mike and Billy, the owners. They were so hospitable and proffesional that I decided to write this review. They were very helpful and knowledgable about their brands. They even made me coffee! They have a very nice selection for both men and women. I walked out with a pair of J Brand pants and a Seven shirt.
This place is definitely worth checking out. It is one of a kind at the district. I’ll definitely be back with the girlfriend.

I was killing time before a movie showing. I don’t really have too much to say about this one. It didn’t really tickle my fancy. They had some Martinelli’s and cheese catered from The Winery. They also had a dj, you know the typical grand opening flare.
Service: I would expect better service as it was their grand opening, but no one really greeted me or introduced themselves as a store. So whatever, I just peeked around.
The goods: If your looking for a place to get good deals, this place probably ain’t for you. They have higher end jeans and some basic tanks. I saw brands like joe jeans, Paige, free people, etc. Nothing too exciting or special. We’ll see how this plays out.
Location: It’s right across from g stage. So no direct competition there.
