Okay don’t even know where to start first Dejay the sales rep is amazing answered the phone every every time I called. And the San Diego guys came out to install great group of guys and very clean never left a mess at all answered any questions I had I couldn’t recommend a better company you are in good hands. and 3 of my neighbors had them install also, we have all had no complaints about how the work and info went. Thanks suncrest solar GREAT JOB can’t wait to save some money

I LOVE Suncrest Solar! They are not a buy/​lease solar company. They own the solar panels and you pay a discounted rate on your electrical usage. Every representative from the sales person (TJ), to the electrician and the panel installers were professional, clean and courteous. We received a brand new electrical panel at no cost and everything has been smooth and done within the time frame promised. No money out of my pocket and I have 40 panels on my roof as well as the upgraded electric panel. They even sent someone the next day to paint and restucco around the panel. If you are interested in solar, I can’t recommend them enough.

We went ahead and decided to embrace solar after our neighbor told us about the company they were going through (Suncrest). I was doubtful and cynical after previously researching some of the other solar companies out there. I had heard that many were paying for solar charges but also getting stuck paying Edison. DeeJay was our respresentative and he was great! He patiently answered all my questions, openly discussed my concerns and was honest about the process. We decided to go ahead and go solar, largely as a result of DeeJay’s patience and support. The process did take a while (evaluation for suitability for solar, city permits, Edison signing off, etc.) we were also in the midst of a backyard renovation at the time, so it was a bit crazy. Suncrest took care of everything and we received email updates about where we were in the process throughout the transition. All of the team members were professional and skilled at their job. Luis the electrician was amazing. Extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Also, after the installation of the various panels, Jerry took special care to insure that our stucco was in even better condition than before! All of these guys went above and beyond! We are EXTREMELY satisfied with the entire process and have referred others to Suncrest.

I am installing solar through suncrest. Jesse, my point man at the company, was extremely knowledgable about the process and while the paperwork was plentiful, Jesse was able to make the painful process relatively painless. I have heard the solar sales pitch many times, but I thought that the Suncrest solution made a lot of sense for me and my house, and that’s why I went with these guys.

After my last review I was immediately contacted by Suncrest Solar manager De Jay. He apologized for the way they had dropped the ball on my account and promised he would do whatever it takes to get my solar up and running.
De Jay immediately contacted the City and scheduled an inspection. On the day of the inspection De Jay and Austin showed up on time to meet the inspector. When the inspector arrived he examined the project and signed it off immediately. The inspector even told me that Suncrest had done an excellent job. The inspector also seemed impressed with De Jay and Austin’s knowledge of their product and building codes.
After the inspection De Jay went out and bought a Nest thermostat and installed it in my house. I said that wasn’t necessary but he insisted and said it was the least Suncrest could do to make up for what had happened.
I told De Jay the electricians and installers were great but the problem I had was with the office and a lack of communication regarding people not showing up when scheduled and not receiving any information when I asked when to expect some things to be completed.
De Jay again apologized and said it would not happen again.
If it was not for De Jay I would probably still be waiting for someone to schedule an inspection appointment. This guy is personable and very knowledgeable about his product. He had no problem getting this thing done. I had researched several solar companies for two years before I chose Suncrest. De Jay’s customer service confirmed that I had made the right choice. Maybe this guy should be running the company. The office personnel should probably receive some customer service training from him.
I am now satisfied with the finished product and I will recommend them to the many people that are stopping by my home asking me who installed my solar.

Just got my first electricity bill since going solar with this great company. After being screwed by SCE for years I paid them $ 1.11 for the biggest electricity month of the year! I paid Suncrest $ 34.00. Ran a/​c ²⁴⁄₇ and the pool pump extra duty. Why did I wait so long. Chris Diaz worked a great deal for me.

I met Jesse Clougher and was very impressed with his professionalism and excitement. I have been interested in solar for a while just didn’t have enough information on it. Jesse informed and educated me on everything and we could not be more excited. Jesse showed us the way through everything and even bought us a gift and wrote us a personal letter. Thank you Suncrest for everything.

Yes I would use Suncrest Solar again! We are up and running now! Our only issue was that Austin our excellent rep left the company and there was a bit of a lag beween Austin and until someone else took our account over. Once that happened they more than made up for that bump. Kevin is excellent and really came on board and made us feel that we still made the right decision. So yes I would still go with Suncrest Solar and if we ever moved we would still call them to use. They are great. Only removal of a star was that Austin left, if he never left it would be 5 stars.

Suncrest is great to work with! They made the whole process easy to follow and everybody we dealt with was kind, professional and timely.
Especially Jerry, the drywall guy, did awesome work and made the house look even better than it did when they started the work! Give that guy a raise!
Very impressed with the whole company. Highly recommended.
