As others have stated, a zero-​star selection is more appropriate. We have utilized this company on more than one occasion for service through American Home Shield. For one appliance, premier tried to fix the item three time (one time erroneously stating the repair wouldn’t be covered as the appliance had previously been serviced). Another company was called, questioned the competence of Premier, and fixed the issue on the first visit.
Premier’s customer service is also sub-​par. They have missed appointment windows, failed to call when late, and a rude staff.
We previously have asked AHS not to have Premier return to our home. (Tip: You can only request a different vendor if you phone in).
At this point I may cancel AHS so I can select a competent vendor who values their clients’ time.

This company came out over a week ago and has yet to deliver on their word. They said they would have the work order in on that day, but come to find out 48 hours later they still didn’t get the work order in. Then when they said they did get the order, they don’t have the parts for my rental’s washer. They are a contracted company that First American Home Warranty «uses» but recognizes they don’t deliver on their word. Complete fail! Fraudulent company with no follow through. Still waiting over two weeks for a washer part. Worst service ever!!!

Giving these guys one star is too generous! Absolutely the worst customer service you can ever get. Extremely shady business. The entire 3 month experience was horrible. I really dont know where to start with these people. Had about 7 encounters with them to fix a fridge from the home warranty company. Half the time they didn’t show up, and then when they did they would send a new person to fix a previous mistake that the other made. Then they would leave stating they had to order a part. After waiting for a week with no contact, we would call the office and speak with a very rude woman, and nobody would know about any parts being ordered. This happened several times. After complaining and complaining, they send over the head guy who arrived 10 hours late, thus interrupting out family dinner once again. He wanted to charge us $ 300 to clean the condenser, even though the previous guy said it was in perfect shape. Then after complaining to the home warranty about this, eh changed his story stating ti was fine. Finallly after dealing with these people for three months we started calling them out over things. They didn’t like this at all, He came to our home and did something else to the fridge, and stated it would be fixed and he would call the next day. Since that time it makes a very loud sound, and ofcourse he never called back. When we finally got ahold of him and complained, he stated he was done with us. So now he just scerwed up the fridge more than it was before we got him. We cant even watch TV downstairs now because of the sound. Finally the home warranty company has approved for a new fridge. WE are buying a new 10,000 unit. The home warranty company has stated they are not going to use these people anymore. What a disgrace!!!

one star is more than they deserve. AHS called them to look at a broken washing machine. He comes to the house, actually breaks the machine further, does not have towels to clean up after himself and makes a mess. Ask him what his finding are and because he knows the game will not really tell me anything. I finally get him to say it was wear and tear that caused it. After 5 days still no response… so I call AHS and they advise that Premier told them all mechanical parts in the washer were broken due to the unit being overloaded. He broke many of the parts looking at it… Do yourself a favor and save the stress… stay away from this company. If you have a AHS warranty… don’t waste your money… big scam. Family of 3 here. we don’t overload the washer, just fill it like normal people do. Had another repair person look at it and he advised this model was known for this issue, so premier and AHS know this and try to find away to deny a claim. This fool even offered to fix it for me outside of warranty for $ 400+ when the other repair guy I called told me it is not worth fixing it. Who would spend $ 400 to fix a 10yr old washer… STAY AWAY…

If I could give this company zero stars I would. They office customer service is awful and extremely rude. In addition, they technicians are also clueless and rude. I placed a claim for my microwave with my home warranty company and it took Premier Appliance over a month to fix as they «couldn’t find the right part». Funny, when they eventually passed it back to the home warranty company, the part was found in two days.
Then, we made an appointment for Premier Appliance to come out to make the repair and they never showed up! When we called they said that they called us, but nobody answered… very odd since we got no calls all day. We rescheduled for the next day between 9am and 1pm and they called us at 8am saying that if we did not show up in 10 minutes, they were leaving. This has to rank up there with some of the worst customer service I have even had in my life. Do not use this company as there are a lot of other repair companies out there!

IT TOOK THEM A MONTH TO FIX MY FRIDGE and my fridge is less than 1 year old. Rudest employees ever. They never contact you, you always have to contact them and bug them if you want to get anything done.
They were contracted through my home warranty for $ 75 and I wish I would have just spent a couple hundred dollars at a high rated company of my choosing who could have fixed it in one visit.
The most pain in the butt company I have ever dealt with.

I wish I could post 0 stars. I am extremely frustrated by the repairman that was sent out to our home yesterday to repair our double oven.
A couple weeks ago when I placed our oven on 350 it filled our home with smoke. Our oven billowed with smoke and small flames. My husband and I yanked open the oven door to douse the flames and try to halt the smoke. We were unable to turn off the ovens and the oven began to flash, HOT. We turned off the fuse to assure the oven was disconnected.
Thankfully, we thought our American Home Shield would promptly hire a vendor to repair our oven. I assumed Premium Appliance is an American Home Shield vendor.
Premium Appliance sent a repair man to our home that barely spoke a few clear words of English. The repairman flashed four fingers in front of my daughter and I to show us that it would take four days for a part to arrive.
The repairman directed my attention to the bottom oven rods that had burnt from the oven fire and damaged latch. I paid the service fee and planned to wait for my part to arrive.
Surprisingly, my husband received a call from American Home Shield that informed him the vendor reported our oven is not covered. We broke the oven latch and there was no other issues with our oven.
Really?! I phoned Joy at the American Home Shield appliance complaint department and conveyed my vendor experience. I was in shock that the customer service representative told me that the repairman do not have to speak English.
I told Joy about my disappointment and how we have been loyal customers for almost twenty years. She went on to tell me I would have to wait for a second opinion.
I wanted her to document how poorly I felt I was treated. I gave her this example: if your car engine is on fire and you damage the latch to open your hood then your engine would still be fine?!
I phoned Premium Appliance several times today but each time only reached their recorded message. After four attempts I finally left a message. I am still waiting for a return call…

These people are the worst. Our home warranty company contracted with them to fix our dishwasher. The technician, Vlader, came and said he saw what was causing the leak and would order parts and come back to fix dishwasher when parts came in. He also said he would put on a decorative cover that had fallen off one of the buttons when he came back. After 12 days I called their office and was told that he made notes that he didn’t see any leaking and that the button was broken by excessive force and needed to be fixed by us. Of course he took our payment for the two minute visit.

Absolute bottom of the barrel service, bar none!!! I am not one who writes reviews, because I think people are generally too emotional and biased in their review of things and many recognize that and disregard reviews, but I felt compelled to offer a «buyer be aware» on this business; not really a review per se. We were forced to use Premier because we came in under an insurance claim. They have been dishonest, unorganized, slow, rude, etc in our dealings with them. To be completely honest, I can’t believe they are even in business! I wish there was a lower star rating to give them. Stay away, stay away, stay away!

Not happy! I waited 18 days for repair, after all food ruined, fixed (supposedly) and 12 days later same problem! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Samsung dryer broke again — different parts but same home warranty company. Premier was dispatched and they identified the problem, ordered parts, and repaired within a week. I think they are very reliable. Never any issue with their work.

We were assigned Premier Appliances through AHS home warranty. They sent Nick to diagnose the problem and to repair our range. The burner element was the culprit. Nick diagnosed to make sure that was the only problem. The company ordered the part the next day. As soon as the part arrived, they called and scheduled a return visit for the following business day. Nick came and repaired the range. He was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. We highly recommend Premier Appliances for repairs to home appliances.

I wish I could give zero stars. This company is HORRIBLE.
Our dishwasher has been broken since Thanksgiving. The first time they sent a technician, he said nothing was wrong after jiggling things around for about 10 minutes. The dishwasher started working again and worked for about 2 weeks. They sent out the same technician who said our control panel was broken. We waited two weeks for the part, then a week for the appointment for the dishwasher to be fixed.
A different technician came out to fix the control panel and immediately said the problem wasn’t the control panel. He said it was the motor. When we questioned him further, he said he didn’t speak English and the company would call to set up a new appointment within 2 – 3 days.
I called this morning to followup and the person I spoke to said that the technician hadn’t turned in his paperwork yet so they couldn’t tell me when it would be fixed.
I immediately contacted our landlord (who is using his home warranty company to fix the dishwasher) who apologized profusely. He said he’s asked his home warranty company to use a different repair service and they’ve denied that. He’s spent hours on the phone AND they charge him $ 60 every time they send someone out! What a racket. We’re just hiring our own personal plumber.
What a joke. DO not use these guys.

HORRIBLE. I had to go with this company b/​c of my home warranty company, First American Home Warranty (also terrible). 2 guys came out and gave an inaccurate report to the home warranty company. I got a second opinion from a way better company, who found the gas valve was broken on the stove through normal wear and tear. Now, I have to deal with a third opinion by the home warranty company! Wish I could give them negative stars.

If I could give this place a ZERO, I would. I would not remind them ever, ever, EVER! They came out because of our home warranty with American Home Shield. The first visit was 8 weeks ago to fix our fridge that was not cooling. First visit, couldn’t fix it – had to order parts. Came back out, tried to fix, didn’t work. Had to order parts. Came out, installed & supposedly fixed. Yeah — except now the panel that controls the temp doesn’t work. Fix it. After 3 more tries, technician NOW says, «I no can fix.» (Ya think?)
When I asked when I could expect someone who CAN fix it to come out, he said,“I don’t know. Not my problem.“
This place is a TOTAL joke. They don’t answer their phones. When you call, an American voice tells you to leave a message and they’ll get back to you. NOT. If you keep calling & then tell them you’re going to complain to the warranty service you MIGHT get a call back, but wait to have trouble understanding the very HEAVY Ukrainian accents — from EVERYONE!
We have had problems with our fridge before & AHS has sent out an appliance company with Ukrainian technicians before — at least they knew what they were doing. There is not one single thing about Première that is première… Maybe they meant pretty near!!! To ZERO!
When I voiced how displeased and us satisfied I was and asked for a business card, the technician said, «It’s not my problem.» When I asked to speak to his boss, he said, «you speak boss that’s fine.» I again asked him when I could expect this to be resolved, he said, «I no have time for make speaking.» What a nightmare.

The repair man came and found out that there is nothing wrong with the hood. Even though the warranty company sent him, he did not charge the visit (?) fee. I appreciated his honesty.

Those people are the worst — they misrepresent and refuse to service — they are part of a home warranty scam — they send Russian tech who do not speak english, and end up leaving the job as soon as you leave the room —

Crap, absolute crap.
How many times does it take to replace an igniter? 4.

They came out and fixed my washing machine, the guy came out to my place, and diagnosed the problem with my washing machine. It turned out to be the drain pump that burned out on me. The price was reasonable, job was done the same day, since the guy had the pump in his truck. Would use next time.

PS: Looks like the issues from previous reviewers have to do more with their home warranty, more then with this company. Have you ever tried to get anything covered under warranty… it’s usually a big head ache. I have learned on my own experiences that warranties are there to only look out for themselves and not their customers.

By far the worst service ever!!!
Technician lacks integrity and is dishonest. Very unhappy with the service.
