There were tough times, but Top-Quality Foods and Patrons-come-first hospitality mind-set has helped Ono Ono to be loved by locals & Authentic Hawaiian Food Lovers.
This year, Ono Ono has adopted employee-participation policies, and it is now owned and managed by employee-partners, not just one owner. The total policies are designed and believed to motivate employees to better serve our valuable patrons. It is all about customers’ satisfaction, and that is our mission and our goal.

I am originally from S. Korea, and I am one of the emploee-partners, major share-holder.
My primary job here is to motivate our empolyee partners with full respect to make sure that our patrons feel «HAPPY» here with us, Ono Ono.
I am fully committed to making Ono Ono a Fun and Happy place for our patrons and our employee-partners, and their families too.
I do not believe Ono Ono is serving just food. We serve a Happy and Friendly Enviroment for our patrons. At ‘Ono Ono”, we are a Fun and Happy factory.
