Recently bought furniture for our office — I’ll start with reviewing the products.
We ordered 3 desks and they are wonderful! I was really impressed how great they are, however a few details — there is an area on the desk where you can put cords — whoever created this did not think about how thick cords are and so it’s raised and doesn’t close which is weird. Also, one of the three desk drawer handles already broke — it hasn’t’ even been 1 month! We also ordered a chair which is amazing! It’s a super expensive used chair — but it’s fabulous!
Now for the service — TERRIBLE, I would give it ZERO stars. We first arrived and spoke with a gentlemen after being there for 10 minutes just wondering around trying to find someone to talk to… then I explained what we were there for and the guy seemed genuinely interested and super nice. I called them to place a hold on furniture only to find out the gal I spoke to was later let go. Obviously she did not communicate my order with anyone so then I had to order it again with someone else. We ended up coming in to see the furniture one more time before we placed an order — again we waited about 15 minutes until someone approached us. I get it it’s a warehouse, but seriously, isn’t it your business to greet people when they come in? Once we started speaking with someone and got our order going it literally took 30 minutes to get our order going — why does it take so long? I ended up having to pay over the phone when I got back to the office and the guy who helped me was super nice. Only to find out he was later let go and the guy who said he was the boss said my order was never placed. Wait, but I have a receipt… this manager guy was not very friendly or personable. I had to call 3x’s to find out where our furniture was because I could never reach anyone at the warehouse — I guess everyone was let go.
Finally, the furniture arrived and the guy who assembled it was very nice. He came by himself but he assembled it quickly. Other than the handle of the drawer breaking off, they’re pretty great tables.
Would I come here again, maybe. You just have to know they don’t care about you and you have to follow up with them but the prices are amazing and the furniture is great.

We used this company for all the cubicles at work, yes it was much cheaper and saved us thousands but the stress of dealing with the company has been very difficult.
They kept putting off installation and changing day/​time at the last minute; forgot a bunch of stuff; kept saying they would be there at a certain time and didn’t show up; missing parts & pieces; finally after about 3 weeks of back and forth confusion the cubicles were up enough to work in. 1 month later someone finally came to fix the electrical in a section and was also supposed to install shelf bottoms that are missing in our top cupboards but brought the wrong size. Now, 2 months later, still missing shelf bottoms to the top cupboard.
There were supposed to be lights under the top cupboards installed, those never came with any of the 5 visits from the installers. We were told that we would not be getting them after all, even though that was part of the package.
4 days ago (2 months after initial installation) I was told that the shelf bottoms would be sent to us by UPS and we would have to install them ourselves. Still have not received them or tracking info; last I looked UPS doesn’t take more than 2 days for shipment that is 3 hours away. My messages have not been returned.

Doug at National Office Liquidators was so helpful to my company! He was so gracious helping us coordinate so many different requests with timing, shipping, delivery and costs and was always a pleasure to speak to at the same time. He went above and beyond to help us get what we need and we are so thankful for his service!

Well I have to echo the same thing a lot of other reviewers have said. My husband and I came here a few days ago and no one helped us until we had to ask one of the ladies cleaning a desk if there was anyone who could help us. She told us they were at the far end of the warehouse. It was only then that we saw a few cubicles against the wall. Two men were seated at their desks. Both seemed preoccupied with their screens. Once one of the men realized we needed help, he got up and helped us.
We found some chairs without price tags and asked how much they were. He gave a price. We said we would take them. We went to finish up the paperwork. Then he realized the chairs were actually $ 10 more than what he said. And he didn’t seem to care that he made a mistake. My husband didn’t like that. He’s in sales, too, so he felt that the associate should’ve acknowledged his mistake and still honor the original price. He didn’t care that it was $ 10-​he just didn’t like the way the associate handled the situation. Not sure what to do, my husband asked if there were other chairs in the same price range. The associate pointed towards the back of the warehouse and told us to look there. So we headed over there.
As we were looking, we heard the associate ask another employee if he had seen us. When the employee said no, he replied, «Oh they must’ve left because they couldn’t afford the chairs.» Then he realized we were still in the store… and that we had heard his comment. That was the last straw. First, you’re not helpful at all. Then you give us the wrong price. Then you say something rude.
So we left and we went to Cube King down the street. They also specialize in liquidated office furniture. There, the guys were very welcoming. And the sales associate stayed with us the whole time, showing us how each chair worked. He even gave us a deal for buying two. Plus, he cleaned and steamed the chairs for us and had them ready for pick up the next day. That’s what I call customer service. I’d rather give my business to someone who wants it.

National Office Liquidators has never let me down! We’ve always been happy with what we’ve ordered from them as an office, and when we ordered a cabinet that we decided we didn’t need, they were very gracious and easy to work with to get our refund. Their customer service is wonderful! Karyn and Mike have always been extremely helpful!

Had a great experience here today buying a Herman Miller chair (they have Mirra and Aeron). It is a very large warehouse, and they have hundreds of Herman Miller chairs. These chairs were tagged with price and specifications. Ignacio was very knowledgeable, not pushy (actually showed me a cheaper chair) and the chair looks brand new. At 65% below retail, I am super happy!

This place is a large industrial warehouse that sells office furniture at 50−70% off of retail. I was looking for a new desk for my receptionist and they had the same ones I was seeing at Staples but soooooo much cheaper. Literally the SAME item was $ 799 in the warehouse vs $ 2799 at staples!!! Crazy!!! Now to address some of the customer service complaints from other reviewers… yes it’s true, some of the salespeople there are pretty rough around the edges and seem like they would fit in better in a mechanic’s shop than in furniture sales. But honestly if you are expecting the white glove service you get at Plummers, then you will have to pay for Plummers! This place is dirt cheap because they are a no frills operation. And the great news is that even if you have a complaint (as I did when there was some confusion about a modification I wanted) the manager (Rick I think) is a really sweet guy and will figure out a way to keep you happy. I will be upgrading the furniture in my offices piece by piece in the coming years. This is where I will go.

I contacted NOL needing some Aeron chairs, their customer service was great even though we played phone tag for a while. I ordered six chairs the morning after my initial inquiry and had asked to arrange delivery as soon as possible assuming it would be at least the next day but they had them delivered to our office same day! Ignacio was very helpful and I will definitely use them again should I need anything else.

This the best place to buy office furniture, I ordered the furniture, picked it up and brought it back to my office. Because of my failure to measure correctly, I contacted Rick, to see if there was anything I could do. He was very accomodating, saying that we could work, something out. They are now going to adjust my furniture to fit the area. I have bought chairs from them before, and I am very satisfied with their service and product,

We are moving to a larger office and needed to add to our furniture. After meeting with several furniture reps, I located National Office Liquidators on the internet. I was a little worried about working over the phone/​computer only but they were very patient and expert in shipping the furniture exactly as agreed to to Northern California. Their selection and prices did not come close to what I found locally. Karyn was wonderful to work with as was their entire staff. I will definitely go back to National Office Liquidators for any office needs I have in the future. FIVE STAR company!

Rick helped us furnish our entire office and I couldn’t be happier. He is currently in the process of modifying a credenza for us so we can use it the way we prefer. I have no idea who the fake people are who are writing reviews here but they did not shop at this place, for sure. The entire process has been pleasurable and quick. Thanks, Rick and thanks to Karyn, too, for getting the COI info, for moving the furniture into our office building, ready so quickly. I enjoy doing business with people who have a strong moral compass. Totally refreshing. I will be back.

Poor Customer Service. You will arrive and wait forever and they will be rude to you and not help you. Order furniture brand new and it comes all dinged up and you will find one of their employees with a rag and touch up fixing the scratch or dent.
Dont shop with them. Go somewhere else.

Just got new office space and was looking to furnish it. Started looking at used furniture but then came across NOL. For the same price we got new, matching furniture. Huge selection, great prices and helpful but not pushy sales people.
Be warned, this is a no frills warehouse but a great value.

Rick and Mike are great to work with and the helped me get great furniture for my entire office. I shopped around for a while and received a handful of quotes from other companies and NOL was able to get me better quality furniture about 20% less expensive than their competition.

Like previous reviewer, Jon T., I had virtually the same experience. I was in the market for a new desk chair and came across their website. The site shows numerous chairs at super attractive prices. As such, I felt the journey from Fullerton to Tustin was well warranted.
However, upon arrival, I found the warehouse to be totally disorganized. Very few chairs are tagged. You have no idea what brand you are looking at or what the price may be. I finally met with a salesman named Mike who was very cordial. But, as he explained, their main warehouse is in Phoenix. And that’s where the vast majority of the chairs are stored. The slim inventory on hand here in Tustin is not worth a person’s time or gasoline to come and view.
Like Jon T., I left the warehouse empty handed and disappointed.

They seem to have good prices… however, I don’t know for sure since about 75% of the chairs I looked at didn’t have price tags attached. I’d found them via their website and was hoping to buy an inexpensive desk chair.
I don’t respond well to pushy sales people. So, I was really glad to be left alone for the first half hour as I walked the large sales floor for at least three laps. But, the lack of clear pricing left me with numerous questions.
Finally one of the five employees that I had counted on my laps greeted me. He was nice, but was helping someone else. I waited an additional fifteen minutes for him to return and finally left having wasted almost an hour in the store.
The prices on the website are good. But my experience was that the ability to actually buy anything at this location was non-​existant. I’m sure it’s not their biggest sale to lose out on my purchase of one chair, but I doubt I’ll ever return, and I was motivated to come here and share my poor experience as well.

I found a great mesh chair for my home for $ 200. It was a Herman Miller knock-​off and I can certainly justify saving $ 800 in this economy. The proprietor delivered the chair to my home the same day.
