Horrible service and horrible quality of nails! Came here for my nieces birthday and pairs 25 dollars for a manicure and they left he nails horribly! Along with my nails as well. On one of the nails the lady didn’t even paint it all the way!!! I am not satisfied.

Walked in at11:00 on a weekday, and I was the only person in the joint! But within 15 minutes the place was packed. The place is kind of small, so they can’t service too many people at once. I’d say they had about six employees when i was there. Two were males, btw. They started having to turn same-​day appointments away on the phone. I just got a color change on my toes, and the tech did a great job. Only $ 7! Cheaper than the Happy Nails in NB. One little annoyance… My gal was responsible for the phones too, so she was a little distracted during my service. But overall, very quick and easy.

I gave 2 stars for 2 reasons. Quick and amazing french tip acrylics. Not 5 stars cause I didn’t ask for a French tip hahaha I came in with a picture of a natural fade pink to white almond nail design and left with a French tip. Crisp line but not what I wanted. And paid 40 when my normal nail lady charges me 27! That’s what I get for wanting to «try something new»

Today I had a Gel manicure done by Kayla! She’s the best and took her time with me. She worked very meticulously to make sure my nails looked great and I am very satisfied with her service! I will make my appointments with her in the future!

I wish I could give another separate review with another 5 stars! Today, Kelly performed my gel manicure, and yet again, I’m completely satisfied! She was great! I appreciate the small businesses because they provide the best service.

There service isn’t that great I was left for 20 minutes with acetone on my finger nails while my nail lady left to go do someone’s waxing. I am just not into that type of service, I like when they get me in and out and just basically stick with one task at a time it makes it more personal.

Everyone at the salon is nice and they have good selection of colors. Everything seems very clean and it is a relaxing atmosphere. Their prices are what keeps me coming back! The only con is that their work isn’t as precise and doesn’t last as long as other nail salons in the area.

Yet another great experience at Luxury! This time I brought my Daughter and my Cousin. Cyndie did my gel nail design for January. I showed her a picture of a basic idea and she put her creative spin on it. We all left happy!

I’ve been going to see Cindy for awhile. And am always very pleased… I called 10 minutes before closing today. (Didn’t remember they closed at 7)… But Cindy told me come in regardless. I’m so picky… And have found a place and nail technician that is very detail oriented in her work.
I had a design picked… But i let Cindy do her own thing this time and I’m beyond happy. She’s amazing at designs. And enjoys doing them…
The best acrylics I’ve had… She’s very quick but doesn’t compromise the quality of nails… Very thin neat acrylic nails

3.7 if I can give it that many stars. 4 in my book is really good. Only one place who can do a 5 on nails and that’s Queeny Nails done by only Quinnie.
Cindy is really good with acrylic. Natural and thin. I do only gel nails but she shapes them the right way without butchering your nails. One thing I like is that she does not paint over the cuticle then wipe it off or clean it off. When this happens your gel lifts and last only a week. If they paint away from the cuticle without touching it or having to clean it up it will last over a month. Take it from me– THE pickiest nail customer you will ever everrrr meet!
Tip: if you point out that they filed your nail crooked they’ll tell you that your nail or finger is crooked lol. Ask for the nail file and take your sweet time doing it yourself. That’ll make them stop filing it crooked and come clean with their mistake!

On the cheaper side, but still not worth the money.
Got a pedicure here a couple of days ago, and just realized my big toe wasn’t even cut straight. :-/​
Not surprised, because the nail technician literally did not seem to care. Never mind that the tools they’re given are so flimsy that they can only do so good of a job, but attitude is not there either.
Don’t waste your 20 bucks.

Many TOP NOTCH nail technicians here! I was a walk-​in over two (2) years ago and met Cyndi who was quite up beat and personable… I’ve been with her ever since. She is «amazing»!
This place is clean, professional, and has a wonderful atmosphere to relax in while having your nails and/​or pedicure done. My «guy» has an occasional manicure/​pedicure and feels totally comfortable here.

They stay open late on a Sunday which is great because they are always busy. Cyndie is amazing.

I’m new to the area and was looking for a reasonably priced place where a French gel mani wouldn’t cost me $ 40, it’s Irvine I know but come on! Anyway I went on a Saturday morning with no appointment and was serviced in less than 10 min. My nail technician Michelle was really great! She showed me all the glitter nail swatches I picked out by comparing them on my nails (I’m super picky about my glitter ya’ll!) and asked me about the thickness of my French tip, which is very important to me. I love my mani and I paid $ 28 for it! Not bad at all! I will definitely come back and try their pedicures. Thanks helpers!

I come here almost every two weeks religiously and have for almost two years now. I live in East Irvine but make the drive here because not only is this place much cheaper than all the nail salons near me but also because their work is amazing! There is only one time I can think of where I didn’t like the outcome of my nails. They really do a great job here.

Today I went in for a pedicure and got Jan who is great at fills but not at pedicures or customer service. First off the water was scalding hot and I had to have another nail tech turn it lower. When she was pushing back my cuticles and cutting them, she was stabbing my cuticles and cutting so fast it hurt so bad. The nail polish came out really streaky and full of air bubbles, and when I didn’t tip her she rolled her eyes at me and rushed me out of the salon.

Excellent service, I absolutely love Cindy and Kayla. They do an awesome job on my manicure and pedicure. Cindy does awesome nail designs with gel and nail polish. This is my new favorite nail place!

DESPICABLE SALON!
I was a long time customer up until TODAY…
I havent been to this salon in about two months because i have been in Miami Florida. My nails needed a fill and so much needed a pedicure. I was helped by LILLY today doing my fill (acrylic) with gel polish. i dont know how describe her job –HORRIBLE PLAIN HORRIBLE– my nails are feeling bumpy to the touch. She didnt even give them shape or file. And to top it off as soon as she was finished with my gel nail polish immediately they started to chip and peel off like a sticker! I told her and al she did was file it and left my white acrylic nail showing with no color. I told her this is not good and she said oh is ok honey padded me in the shoulder and i took off. Now that im home all of the gel in all nails are peeling off ALONG with the ACRYLIC!!! I can see my nail!!! This is just unacceptable and i will be reversing my charges on my credit card!
Now on the PEDICURE SIDE OF IT. i was helped by an older lady short bob hair with glasses she did not have a name tag. I paid for the «luxury» pedicure which includes a 15 minute massage which im obviously paying extra for and in my face she still had the audacity to put a timer and i saw the clock and when the timer was up it had been exactly 10 minutes! She stopped and proceeded with painting my nails.
Mediocre job Mediocre Service to say the least because i somewhat blame Cindy for the gel peeling because she (Cindy) was rushing Lilly to hurry up because there was a customer waiting for her!
Beware not only will they cheat you with the extras one pays for our services they will always be in a rush!
$ 65 gone to waste because I’m going somewhere else to fix my nails tomorrow!
I usually leave $ 10 EACH tip and this time they got $ 0 from me. The pedicure lady can consider my 5 minutes of her time that she saved as my tip!
I will NEVER go back and i DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NO ONE!!!

I went there this past weekend with my boyfriend. It was my boyfriend’s first manicure and pedicure, so he did not know what to expect, but I was disappointed that his first experience was horrible. (I’ll get to him later.)
I got a French gel manicure and a pedicure. The lady that did my French gel manicure seemed to know what she was doing when removing my previous gel nail polish, but when she went to trim down my nails, I had a horrible feeling. She cut my nails a little too short, to the point where on some fingers, she cut my skin. That was strike one. I got my nails done on Sunday. They’ve already begun to chip. Strike two. As for my pedicure, the lady that did my toes made me jump because she inadvertently STABBED me between the skin and nail, on my pinky toe. Strike three.
I didn’t see my boyfriend’s nails until after we were done. I noticed that his middle finger was BLEEDING because the lady who did his nails managed to cut his skin. A day later (yesterday), he told me that the corners of his fingers feel slightly bruised. He also mentioned that he has never had his nails cut this short before. There is strike four and five.
Although this place is close to him, I reckon we are going back, ever. Even though they are relatively cheap (in comparison to the place across the street), I am sure there are other places that are more worthwhile to go. I am rather disappointed because I plan on getting my GEL French manicure re-​done, somewhere else, sometime this week. This place was a complete waste of money!
Oh, and how is it possible that I was charged $ 103 for a manicure/​pedicure for two people, when one of the people did not get polish at all? His nails weren’t even buffed.
On a bright note, the people there appear friendly. They’ll even be sneaky and tell you that if you like their work, to please come back and see them. We received two $ 5 off coupons, for the NEXT time around. Any takers?

Did a walk in with my mom cause we were next to hairmaster. it was very busy when we walked in. I have been here before a long time ago but the previous owner is no longer here. so now they new owner/​manager…
I liked that they alot of variety of gel colors to choose from and variety of jewel designs to add to your mani/​pedicure.
the overall place looks clean and well managed completely different from what i previously remembered.
My overall experience was good. they managed to do a decent job on my toes. i showed a pic of what i wanted on my toes not exactly what it looks like in the pic but it still looks good to me.
