I’ve been going to Mandie for 2 years now. And I wouldn’t go anywhere else for lashes.
My natural lashes are very short and fine. After going to various different lash places, I finally found my lash girl. I actually look so awake after getting my lashes filled. She knows exactly what look I’m going for, and also makes suggests based on your eye shape and lash type. (I don’t think anyone’s ever done that for me before.)
I honestly stopped wearing makeup. Just blush or lipgloss. I don’t need anything else.
Mandie really caters to her clients. Really polite and great to talk to. Bree, her assistance is on point, and getting to know her as well has been great. They’ve recently added Patty to the group, who’s wonderful as well.
The price is affordable (some prices in Orange County are so outrageous). Quality is amazing. My natural lashes still feel healthy.
Booking is online so it’s really easy, and you can make adjustment when you need to without having to call to confirm or anything. I love getting the text reminders. I book like 3 appointments at a time, that works around my work schedule.
I’ve obviously addicted.

This is an updated review for Patti, who has did my lashes while Mandee was on maternity leave. I had to cancel my last fill with Mandee last minute and ended up going to another studio. One of the worst decisions of my life!!! Nonetheless, Patti removed them and was able to give me beautiful, full lashes. As a Taurus, I am loyal and continue to book with Mandee. However, Patti also does amazing work and I don’t mind going to her when Mandee is booked. You won’t be disappointed with either ladies!

This update is for my last experience attempting to make an appointment with Patty. I understand that Mandee brought her on to increase appointment availability. So a few weeks back, I scheduled an appointment. Some time later (I’m not sure how long) I got a text saying that my appointment was not accepted, and explaining that Patty could only work for 45 minutes, instead of the normal one-​hour fill. It went on further to say that she had seen the comment I had left when I originally scheduled about really needing a fill as it had been nearly a month since my last, and that she could not accommodate me and give me what I wanted.
What I wanted was for my lashes to be filled, for whatever amount of time Patty was available.
Now, in the past, if we have been cut short on time, Mandee has given me a price adjustment and I have been more than happy to book a mini-​fill soon after. I wish Patty had offered this, but instead she flat out did not accept the appointment at all.
It rubbed me the wrong way, but the silver lining is that I was able to take a break from my lashes and really see the care that Mandee puts in her work. My natural bare lashes were still long, strong, and not brittle or thin and damaged. I might consider going back and getting them done, but right now I’ll look for new lash studios with better availability.
EDIT: I appreciate the feedback from Mandee and concede that the rating of 2 stars was not warranted. It was a knee-​jerk response that arose out of sheer disappointment, which was a shock after 2 years of being a happy customer that has been understanding of schedule changes in the past. Mandee made a good (and in hindsight, obvious) point by saying that customers should communicate when situations like this occur, and I admittedly was not patient enough to do that. I don’t deny that I wish hours were more convenient for me, but I am only one customer. That being said, I’ve edited the rating to reflect a more objective opinion (if that is even possible) of Lash Addict, putting into consideration the difficulty of accommodating all clients during a transitional period such as maternity leave and the accompanying changes to staff, and acknowledging my own fault in the lack of communication. Best of luck to Mandee and Patty.

Wow I can’t believe it’s been over two years since my review!!! Well over due for an update.
The short (skinny) on why I continue to come to Mandee: good prices, experienced and personable tech, great quality lashes and glue, ease of booking, cute location (not an awkward room full of 10 others getting lashes done)
I still get my lashes done by Mandee! I’ve had lashes for about 4 years now (3+ by Mandee). People ask me if it damages my lashes. Clearly, Mandee takes care of me! If it was damaging… I wouldn’t have lashes to adhere extensions to for over 3 years! I’m still a happy camper. My lashes never irritate me and they’re still just as full as when I started! One thing I can’t stress enough about Mandee is that I’m paying for only the time that is used. Many places charge you for a full fill no matter what. Mandee only charges me for the time that’s used to fill my lashes. Great since sometimes I just need 45 minutes instead of an hour! And this is in addition to her already affordable prices!

I recently got my lashes done by Mandee and 29 weeks pregnant. I have been debating to get extensions for almost a year now and decided to get them because their easier than your stick on lashes that I normally wear. With a new baby on its way soon I figured less fussing with fake stick on lashes. I wasn’t the best, easiest customer to work on considering I had this belly bump and had to lay on my back. (Everyone who has been pregnant can relate.) I had an interesting time trying to get comfortable for the 2 first time process. But Mandee was patient and understanding as can be. I felt soooo bad cause I knew I wasn’t being easy to work on but she managed to get it done. She gave me the exact look that I described! It made the whole experience worth while. I know every pregnant woman is different, this was just my experience, I just wish I didn’t wait till I was pregnant to get them done. I have been totally missing out on these amazing lashes!!! All in all, I walked out of there with some awesome looking lashes and the look that i’ve been wanting. Thanks Mandee for being so patient with me!

Mandee did them exactly how I described! She’s very gentle… I try NOT to fall asleep while she’s doing it !

Great place to get lash extensions! I found this place on Unilocal and wanted to try extensions for my upcoming wedding.
Super easy to book the appt: go through her website and schedule the appt via Vargo, then you’ll receive an email notification once she accepts the appt.
When I met with Mandee, I let her know I was looking for something very natural and did not want the lashes too long. She measured my natural lashes and recommended a style. She was very thorough when explaining how they were going to look and the length she was putting in prior to putting in the extensions.
She’s very meticulous when she’s doing your extensions, so they come out very natural looking and straight — no crisscrossing lashes. She also wraps the extensions around your natural lashes, so your natural lashes are tucked away and not poking out.
It took about 1.5−2 hrs for the whole process, so make sure you’re able to lay still for that amount of time, or you can fall asleep like i did :)

Mandee was recommended to me by a friend whose recommendations are always spot on. If it was possible to give Mandee more than 5 stars I would. I have been to a couple different people for eyelash extensions and Mandee is the best. Her pricing is good, easy to schedule and appointment via online booking, she is quick, and a great conversationalist. She quality product and I have never has problem with the lashes or glue she uses.

HORRIBLE!!! Can I give negative stars?
I had been so excited to try lash extensions and had gotten a recommendation from a friend to try Mandee at Allan James Salon in Tustin, CA. I am going to have to have a serious talk with my friend. Life is too short to spend one moment in the company of someone like Mandee.
I continued to try to give her the benefit of the doubt even when I could not speak to her on the phone. She would only text or told me to book an appointment on her website. I had many questions as this was my first time and my error came in thinking she would actually talk to me. I set up my appointment by texting her. Should have been a sign… Once at the salon I could only speak to the very nice receptionist and she gave me as much information as she could, including the steep pricing. When I asked to speak to Mandee during my appointment time, she came out with an attitude of what do you want? I even agreed to the $ 125 for the full set to last 2 weeks and then $ 40 every other week, but after lying there with her pretentious snobbery of, normally I don’t take new clients. I walked out and she thanked me for wasting her time.
My niece was visiting from out of town with her baby and we were all siting there in the front lobby for over 45 minutes and she said I was wasting her time? Wow!
In all fairness I do not know if she is good at lashes or not, I work in the biotech field with surgeons and have never met a one, with more of an ego than her and they save lives. I have been to spas around the globe from the UK, Spain, Korea to Dubai and never have I witnessed anyone so rude. What a sad person…

After reading numerous reviews on Unilocal,I decided to come in and try this place. I have gotten my lashes done before when I was living back in San Diego, and I wanted to try them again.
Living in Irvine, this place is the perfect distance for me, being it located in Tustin.
Mandee did an excellent job with my lashes, to the point where I cannot stop obsessin over them! The first time I got lash extensions, my eyes watered non stop throughout the process. However, the process this time was nothing like the first. I was comfortable and actually had fallen asleep!
Mandee gave me the lashes I wanted and more. Definitely will be coming here from now on for touch ups! Goodbye to eyeliner and mascara! Definitely adds a great boost to your confidence!

I went to three other lash places before I found Mandee and I will never go anywhere else again. Why? Some places use chemicals that BURN — and tears add to the burn. I’ve never been uncomfortable here. It is so comfortable and relaxing that I actually fall asleep during most appointments. Also, I’ve had lashes done that are so garish — like a giant creature has implanted its spawn on my eyes — that I didn’t want to leave the house! Mandee always listens to my needs/​preferences and gives me full, beautiful, tasteful lashes, like permanent mascara. Heaven!
If I had to name one complaint, it would be my own snoring, which has abruptly woken me up from my hour of paradise under Mandee’s care on more than one occassion. Seriously! This is the best!

Mandee came as a recommendation and I was willing to drive from Whittier to Tustin! She is well worth the drive! My lashes are absolutely beautiful. They are dramatic which I love bc if I’m gonna spend the money I want them to be noticeable but I didn’t want them over the top. They turned out perfect! Thanks you!

I would NEVER recommend for anybody to go this so called bu’s siness woman.
She had no personality what’s so ever, she never tried to get to know me as a customer at all, when I was done with getting my eyelashes shthing e never offered me anything to see what they looked like. This was the most unfriendly visit to this place also she never closed her door and gave me any type of privacy, it was Way to loud and Way to unprofessional… Good Luck to anyone who may visit this woman…

Mandee at Lash Addict is great. I am absolutely addicted and hooked. My daughter went to her first and the minute she came home I scheduled my appointment. Very relaxing experience and Mandee is super easy to talk with. It’s like an hour with one of your girlfriends. Fills are super easy and my lashes last a long time even though I like to go every few weeks so they look fresh. Scheduling appointments are easy and parking is free and tons of spaces available. I highly recommend Las Addict. Pay with cash and there is a slight discount.

Love, love, LOVE this gal. I ended up going to Mandee for my non-​existent Snuffalupagus eyelashes (Google image for a visual) after my original gal blew me off, and I’m so happy I found her! She’s super mellow and really takes her time doing her best work. She’s always able to squeeze me in with a text and fairly decent notice and her price is VERY affordable for the work she does.

Mandee is very accommodating and fit me in for a quick lash removal between a couple of her appointments. She is very friendly and totally made me feel comfortable! The lash removal was $ 20 and took about 15 minutes. She does lashes inside of an Allen James salon in Tustin which can be a little confusing but if you get lost just give her a call. She takes credit cards but I believe there’s an extra charge for that so you may be better off just bringing cash.
Great service! I will definitely give her a try when I want to get extensions again!

I have had lash extensions done by 4 different studios and mandee from LASH ADDICT is the best.
In the past, my experiences with the studios and people were always 5 stars, but the product always fell flat. I had experiences with the glue burning my eyes, the lashes being really thick and feel like plastic, having my lashes glued together instead of separately, just bad bad bad.
I found mandee on Unilocal and needed a fill asap. She was able to see me on short notice and did an amazing job! I love her work, not only is she an easy going and friendly person, her work is so thorough and always beautiful.
I absolutely recommend this place and mandee!
