My car was making a clunking sound near the front so I made an appointment for two days later. By then the clunking sound was gone but I took it in anyway to have it checked, just in case. They drove it (confirming no sound) and thoroughly inspected it but did not find any problems. (Perhaps something had gotten caught in the wheel well or stuck to my tire but later fell out/​off. ??)
I expected to be charged something for the inspection (for their time), but they did not charge me a penny! And they were very nice.

Back in 2005 I took my old Toyota Corolla into Integrity. I had just spent about 2K at the dealer. I went to Integrity to have it checked because I was going to send my car to Mexico, and want it to make sure that the car would make it all the way down. I explained this to Carl, after a couple of hrs. Carl called me and said that the car would make it to Mexico and back… there was not charge! My old Toy Corolla had more than 156K miles.

Went to Integrity to have some smog repairs performed. What else do you do when your vehicle fails a smog test? Take it to a mechanic you trust.

We highly recommend Carl and his Integrity Auto Care shop. He is an excellent mechanic and his prices are fair. He is honest and professional. My husband and I like and trust all of the employees there. We take all of our cars to Integrity, old and new, and always get great service. Whether our car is towed in or just there for a dealer recommended check up, we know it is in knowledgable hands. Check them out, you will glad you did.

2 years ago we took our car to another auto shop for service. This auto shop told us we needed a new engine on our 1997 Ford Explorer. Possible as our car, at the time, was almost 15 years with only the brakes and battery ever needing replaced. So we were bummed as we did not want to buy another car at the time.
My husband thought to get a second opinion and took it to Integrity. Low and behold, Carl diagnosed our little problem. For $ 300, our car is still running 2 years later! Had a problem today and again thought the worse. Nope, Carl replaced the spark plugs and we are optimistic that we will get another 2 years out of our car.
Growing up, I was taught to find a doctor, cleaner and mechanic I could trust. Carl and his team at Integrity are good and most importantly honest mechanics.

I have gone here only a few times now for my Honda Element. My impressions are positive. The owner seems to be an honest and fair person. They are popular, so plan on setting up an appointment before you stop by. Fortunately we live close so any wait is not inconvenient. They have come highly recommended by my friends and I have had a pleasant experience each time I have used them.

I took my car here since it was recommended by a coworker. I had a squeak in the front and I had already taken it to another garage in HB twice. After the other garage changed some parts, gave my Jeep Liberty a lube job and did a number on my wallet, my car was still squeaking. I took it to IAC and dropped it off. Carl called me within a few hours and said everything looked ok but he remembered a problem with Chrysler vehicles and some bushings (I think). He said he had to order them and they would not be in until the next day. I suggested I come get my Jeep and come back after he had the parts in hand, which is what we did. A few days later I went back, they installed the bushings and I came back and I picked up my car the same day.
Great price, great service and no more squeak! I’ll be back next time I need anything.

I needed to have my brake system bled. I stopped in and asked if they could do it while I waited. He said they were to busy at that time but I could bring it in, the following Monday at 8am and it would take about an hour. I arrived at 8:04am on that Monday and was greeted with, «good morning, ready to have those brakes bled?». So far so good, then he says, «I should have it done in a few hours but definitely by the end of the day». What happened to about an hour, while I wait? That’s why I made an appointment ! Guess it’s ’cause I was 4 minutes late, sorry. Gonna have to go somewhere that Integrity actually means something.

Can’t ask for a better repair shop. Honest and trust worthy are two things that can be hard to find when having your car worked on, but that is not a problem here. I’ve been bringing my older Jeep CJ5 here for years. Brought it in once with what I thought was a problem with the wiring harness. Just installed a new battery and I couldn’t get anything working. I brought it in and expected the worst (30 year old car). He called back and told me to take the battery back it was bad. I returned the battery and all was good. No charge. Just one of many stories that illustrate the trust I have in their service.

My whole family takes our cars here first whenever we have a problem with them. The owner, Carl, is a very nice and honest man. If he can fix it, he will tell us. If he can’t fix it, he will tell us and recommend someone. We’ve had to take our cars in many times to Carl, and he has always does an excellent job. We completely trust him with our cars, and would never go anywhere else without consulting with him first.

An awesome little service station. They don’t do everything but what they do, they do it well.

I usually get taken to the cleaners whenever I take my car into random auto shops to get repairs done. They upsell me and tell me all the things I HAVE to fix ASAP. I was recommended to go to Integrity and I will never go anywhere else. Carl is one of the workers there and he is awesome. If I have anything wrong, they will look it over and tell me what the problem is and the different options I can do in order to fit my needs. I took my car to pepboys for a leak I had and it was an estimate of $ 1500. So, I took it to Integrity and after reviewing all my problems, they told me the items I need to fix now and the other things that I can wait until later or keep an eye on. I ended up only spending about $ 200 on only the items I needed and wanted done. I totally recommend this place to anyone and everyone!
