History

Established in 2002.

Innovative Career Resources was founded in 2002 on the philosophy that people are the engines of success. Meet the Business Owner

Keith F.

Business Owner

Keith Fiscus is a Founding Partner and the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Innovative Career Resources, where he is responsible for developing strategic recruiting and retention plans for clients. Keith has developed a customized approach to address the needs of the client and help candidates achieve their corporate and career goals through increased communication, quality-​of-​service, feedback, fill-​ratio and turn-​around time. Keith began his career in the healthcare industry as an emergency room nurse, where he was instrumental in improving patient turn-​around time, while maintaining and exceeding the quality of care provided to patients and their families. It was Keith’s experience in healthcare and passion for science that inspired him to transition into the scientific staffing industry. Keith maintains his nursing license, as well as memberships in the Family Owned Business Council, ASCP (American Society of Clinical Pathologists), the ASA (American Staffing Association) & EO
