I Initial

Brett has saved us a few times now with mistakes from other printers (leagues made us use). I have also used I initial through soccer and baseball season and they haven’t been late on our promised date. Great quality and good prices.

This is what happens when there is no credible competition in the area. A business like this gets clients in spite of really poor customer service.
First visit: they were not open, despite their posted hours saying they were
Second visit: they were not open, sign on the door said special hours due to holiday season (it was the week after Xmas). I understand this; however, they did not update the hours on their voicemail. I called before I drove over.
Third visit: dropped off my shirt
Fourth visit: came to pick it up, not ready
Fifth visit: I was assured it would be ready, came in… not ready
Sixth time: I called and was told not ready again.
Seventh time: I picked it up
Yes, the pricing was very reasonable. I would have paid double what they charged me. And Brett, the owner, offered to do my next job for free if I needed it (5 characters embroidered). That was nice as he understood they screwed up.
And finally, they didn’t do the job correctly. I requested «, ’15» and they did «’15 » Not a big deal, but I requested the comma. I noticed it when I picked it up and it just wasn’t worth the trouble of leaving the shirt with them again.
It was a BAD experience. Worst of all is that they don’t respect the time of their customers. You post your hours for a reason. You complete an order when quoted or you call your customer to save them the trouble of driving over and it not being ready. Will not be coming back.

I Initial is so underrated! They have such amazing deals and a lot to offer. I called in to inquire about my order and even had it taken care of on the same day. Of course, I could have gotten lucky that it was slow, but he was still so helpful and made my vision a physical reality. Right when I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and a warm «How can I help you?» Even if you don’t know what you’d like just yet or have the exact idea, they can assist you with quick and very suiting suggestions.

Third time here: me twice and my wife once. Great prices and awesome service. For about $ 10 got first and last name embroidered on my daughter’s soccer backpacks with our choice of font, size and color.

Great price, quality product and finished in a timely manner. Will definitely be back!

i. Initial always comes through for me. I have been using this company for the last 8 years for all of my custom embroidery and printing needs. Whether it is for the cheerleading squad or the water polo team, i. initial never lets me down. They are responsive, on time and on budget. Always. I won’t go anywhere else.

They were nice people but got our order wrong twice spelling «pressure» wrong. In total I have been in there four times this week, because of this dilemma. The part that bothered me the most is they didn’t apologize and still made me pay.

I am late in writing this review but I just feel the need to let people know that you need to do your research. I was in this place around Christmas time. I was quoted a price on the phone by a really nice young man. One of the owners helped me and at first was like oh no its going to be more then that. AFTER i pulled everything out she was like oh we can do it for what you were told. I made some hand make quilts for 2 babies I simply asked for the girls names my name and the year on an 8×8 square. The lady that helped me marked on the fabric with tape the direction that everything should go and the color etc. When I went to pick the items up I had to have a family member do so. When I got home to look at them I just started to cry. They first off were no where near centered on the 8×8 square and then to boot the words were turned to face the side of the blanket not the top. When I called the male owner told me to bring it back in and they could redo them for me and refund me for the botched job. I had to get more fabric and take it over to them now on a very limited time frame to finish these blankets. He made a very insensitive comment to me and said well why dont you just go buy another blanket and we can redo it. Well how about because I had sewed these blankets on my own they were not bought. I went to pick up the squares the next day and they were fine but they basically put the embroidery in the middle of a yard of fabric there for rendering a large part of it unusable (really?)and then they did not refund me for the job as they said they would. I ended up being able to finish these projects on time even with the extra time it took me to have to hand tear out multi rows of quilted squares, no thanks to i initial. I will not be returning here due to the insensitive and callus nature that these people treat their customers. Maybe I just experienced a bad time and I fully understand it was close to Christmas and they were busy but the way that this was handled was just very wrong to me regardless of the holiday or a bad day.

I came here to get some items embroidered with my school’s logo. I was really impressed with the quality of the prints and the price. Customer service was great. Kasey sat with me for almost 30 minutes going through the different design/​apparel options available. I’m looking forward to showing off my new coaching gear when the season starts. Don’t expect the order to be done on time or to receiver a promised call when the order IS FINALLY done.
I have seen good embrodery work in the past (about 3 years ago) but recently the deliverry schedule and customer focus has deteriorated.
I just cancelled this last order.
Too bad. It used to be a great place to have this work done.

I used them a few years ago to embroider a few handkerchiefs that I gave as wedding gifts. They did a wonderful job! Color and text was beautiful. It still looks as good as it did when I picked it up 5 years ago. Would definitely recommend. Brett is great to work with.

I made a request for a rush order by email on ¹⁰⁄₁₈. A reply to my email to confirm the order was never sent to me. I called a few days later and the person on the phone confirmed that they had received my email. Again, I asked about the rush order and the person on the phone stated they would look into it. They never called me back and and I then sent a subsequent email. A follow up email or phone call has not been made by iinitial. I understand if it was not possible to fulfill my request, but a response on their part would have been greatly appreciated. It is now October 30 and I have yet to be contacted regarding my order.

If you need it today or tomorrow I would bring it in last week. But if you want personalized service by someone who treats you like a friend instead of a number, his is the place. Brett cares about you and his community.

I have used I Initials for years to imprint choir shirts and embroider nicer wearing apparel. I Initials has ALWAYS done a first rate job with an ontime delivery record that beats all the competition. I always loved their policy that they would imprint on to 1000 shirts with no set limits which made their work applicable to large choir apparel, small ensemble outfits and single items. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Great local business! I got personalized service that I could not find anywhere else. The staff was very willing to brainstorm with me so that my final order was exactly what I needed to most efficiently meet my needs.

This shop has the best customer service. They are so helpful and creative. They are very accommodating with their turnaround time as well. If you are in a pinch, they do everything they can to get your order completed fast. Prices are really good and they work with your budget. I highly recommend them!

This local merchant is community oriented and accommodating. i recently had over 100 T shirts and Polos shirts produced and i was very pleased with the work and turn sound time, the attention to detail and making sure my design my correct was everything i could want. This is a small business with a small staff, so be patient and make sure you provide them with all the details they request (shirt style, design, etc.) and they will give you a realistic delivery date. If you want next day service on large production, then go somewhere else because they are concerned about getting your job right.
I have read the comments posted perviously, but my experience is quite the opposite.

Okay. It is true that IInitial’s time frame for getting work done is akin to MichaelAngelo’s painting of the Sistine Chapel Ceiling (which took 4 years). But the better similarity is that these guys are more like artists than output workers like say a Kinko’s which does work immediately. Having used them to embroider from single items to many business attire golf shirts their creativity has almost always produced admiring comments when folks see a cap, shirt, jersey or other apparel bearing the work of IInitial. They are great at suggestimg color schemes and cleaning up pre-​made artwork. So, definitely not a production house but more of a custom art gallery style of work… the lesson being to expect to wait, nag, wait, nag some more but I think like me you might be back repeatedly since 1999 and still wearing apparel that looks great.

Terrible service! They act as if ever job that they have going is more important than the one you are giving them. Things are not done when promised! They gave me three different times to come pick up my order before it was completed. Worst of all, they handed me my pile of soccer jerseys and quickly rang me up (the only thing that they did quickly) before I had a chance to look at them and sent me on my way. Little did I know that they totally mutilated a jersey. I guess they put the wrong name on the back and then tried to peel it off and then put the new name on top of the mess they just created. The material is all melted and messed up, the previous lettering is showing through, the thing looks terrible. They should have said something! Try sorry, no charge. Jerks! By the time we get a new jersey the season will be over. There is NO WAY I would ever use this place for anything. They will not become a causality of the recession. They are going to bury themselves with their poor service and crappy work.
