Opening my own healing practice, I knew I needed to work on this underlying fear I had inside of me. Once I met Brenda, I knew I had to book sessions with her. Not every hypnotherapist is equal and she knows her stuff, plus she’s caring and attentive and she listens and remembers every single word you say! I like to run before I learn how to crawl, and Brenda saw that, and she calmly but firmly guided me every step of the way through each session to release this fear, that no longer serves me and does not live in this body any longer. Amazing. Five sessions. It only took 5 sessions to forgive and forget and let go. Thank you Brenda!!!

I recently did Skype sessions with Brenda. As an experienced hypnotist myself, I am very particular in choosing a hypnotist. Major considerations are professionalism, quality of training, skill and insight, and compassion and rapport. I had gotten to know Brenda at a national conference and was impressed with her on all of these levels. My sessions with her did not disappoint! Brenda is very skilled and insightful and a real pleasure to work with. I highly recommend her to anyone, whether you have experience with hypnosis or not. She will make you feel comfortable and help you make deep changes. If I could give Brenda more than 5 stars, I would. When I first called her for help with weight control, I was a little apprehensive, but from our first conversation, I was immediately comfortable. When my therapy began, I was surprised by how quickly I responded and how much I learned about myself. Brenda is a genuinely caring person who is extremely easy to talk to. I never once felt worried about the hypnosis portion of the sessions. I really feel that these sessions made me stronger and more able to handle my food cravings. I highly recommend Brenda to anyone who is stuck and needs help dealing with unwanted behaviors. In addition, her office is comfortable and there is no push to sell you other products or services. I saw Brenda 1 week ago when I WAS a heavy POT smoker. Not any more, Brenda help me beat my addiction and now I am on the path as a non smoker and I couldn’t be happier with my results. I couldn’t believe that something that I had cooked up in my head to be soo hard was soo easy with her help. If you are reading these and are on the fence about seeing her its time to call and make an appointment. Its doesn’t matter whats bothering you just call her and get in her very comfortable chair! I had a session yesterday with Brenda. All I can say is wow! I approached my session with some trepidation, but Brenda’s friendly demeanor put me immediately at ease. She has a wonderful, beyond comfortable recliner and relaxing music for her sessions. I felt like I was floating in perfect, peaceful relaxation, my only anchor the soothing sound of her voice. I didn’t even want to come back! But eventually I did, feeling absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend Brenda for whatever you may be trying to overcome. Her guidance has been invaluable to helping me find direction at this time.

Definitely would recommend hypnotherapy. I went because I had failed the CFP exam and was in shock because I thought I had really done well. I felt something was messing with my subconscious and my confidence just went down, that is when I decided to try hypnotherapy. I did five seasons with Brenda which we really got down to the problems that where holding me back and surprised me because I never thought these were holding me back. After the five seasons I was able to focus more on my studies and had more confidence. I went back for one more booster season a few days before the exam. I can’t really explain how I felt when taking the exam. I felt really calm, relaxed, and just ready to take it. Eight weeks went by for the results and I PASSED!
