With my decade plus experience in lifestyle enhancement and therapy, I specialize in working with all types of people using the modalities of– private and spa massage therapy, private, class, and corporate yoga, reflexology and cranial sacral. My mission is to help people live more balanced and well rounded lives, free of pain and tension, while working towards body and mind flexibility and overall well being.

Established in 2002.

Since 2002 I have been on a professional and personal quest to offer the best massage and yoga practices available in Orange County. I have numerous yoga, massage, alternative healing and beauty certifications. Through extensive continuing education I have built a decade long reputation in the yoga, massage and healing industry in Orange County.

Her presence, practices and teachings could not have come at a more perfect time for me and she played a vital role in a healing process that; at one point, I thought would never come. I have learned and transformed so much through her teachings and techniques and my life is a better place because of her. If you are seeking an authentic yoga experience, Jessica is your go-​to girl! She genuinely cares for her students’ health and well-​being. In the 5 years I have been her student, she has helped to strengthen my physical practice and inspires me to grow on an emotional and spiritual level.
She is a dynamic teacher, whose creativity never ceases to amaze me. Her classes are physically challenging, yet playful. The other reviews of her as a yoga instructor speak true to her talents, but what makes her really stand out among the rest is her ability to foster a safe and sacred space. I never feel like I am going to a yoga class, where the role of teacher and student are the norm. Rather, I am walking into a community of like-​minded individuals ready to share and grow their yoga practice together.
Jessica introduced me to flower essences as a means to balance my emotional, mental, and spiritual well-​being. They have helped me to rid myself of limiting patterns of behavior. They have deepened my awareness of internal conflicts and challenges and helped to release the core mental and emotional feelings I was never able to deal with on a surface level. I feel more alive and in touch with my goals and creativity, than ever.

I have known Jessica for a number of years now and it’s been amazing and fun to watch her grow and prosper by helping others. Her Yoga classes are fun filled. Why do you think so many of us get up at 8 on Saturday morning! She is very detailed on how to move into the proper positions. You never really have to watch her you can listen, breath and move. She is the best massage therapist I have ever been to! Her ability to find tension you didn’t even know you had is amazing! Your life will improve with Jessica!

I originally came to know Jessica through her soul memory work and reiki sessions. I’ve now known her for several years and recently became one of her first clients in her new flower essence program. My flower essence journey, which has included her guidance and support throughout, has literally changed my life. She is a truly gifted healer and I believe that her work with flower essences is the most potent modality that she offers. Please ask her about this work, you won’t regret it. I promise. Am a yoga enthusiast having trouble with backbends and an instructor suggested Thai massage. Enter, Jessica Farrelli! For such a small little thing she is quite a powerhouse! Her deep tissue massages are the «real deal»!! She is absolutely wonderful. Can break you down and figure out what your tight spots are and what needs to be worked on. Enjoyed it so much bought a package for 3 more. Will update as I go along. If you are serious about deep massage she is the ONE TO SEE!
