Sybil Miller did a wonderful job selling not only our home, but my in-law’s home, as well. Sybil was patient and professional throughout the sales process. She did an excellent job negotiating our sale and got us an additional $ 9000 more than we were expecting. Mary Williams is the person to go to for computer training. During December she has spent countless hours at the First Team Tustin office working with me on Websites, Extensions, time saving Aps, and Social Media. She is an amazingly patient teacher.
Mary takes the time to make sure the class is actually adding, updating and learning the process on their computers as she is teaching. Her classes aren’t a lecture that you walk away from with to much information but rather a hands on learning situation. Mary takes the extra effort and always has a smile. If we run into a glitch she helps problem solve it. She is great!
I am very thankful for Mary! I have learned a lot this month from her! I would highly recommend Mary for website and social media training.

I just closed an escrow with Cressa Cruzan and had a very positive experience. Cressa was very responsive to both my texts, emails and calls. She created a positive environment for both the buyer and seller. It was a difficult transaction due to some title issues. However, with all of her perseverance and good communication, she kept the buyer committed to the transaction and we closed it. I would highly recommend her as an agent.

If I could give negative stars I would. Unethical, incompetent, lazy, and unresponsive are just the first handful of adjectives that come to mind. We were assigned Adrienne Oranges by our relo company. She did not even know how to use her own MLS to pull comps, she did not find the home we ended up buying (we found it without her present when the listing agent held it open). During negotiations she docu-signed a counter by the seller that we had explicitly told her we did not agree to, which completely undermined any negation leverage we had. I literally have 4 pages documenting the incompetence. Icing on the cake was that the «manager, «Michael OlFlaherty, was completely unresponsive to our concerns. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB as well as the CA Realtor’s office. BUYERS BEWARE!!!

Working with First Team Real Estate office in Tustin was a wonderful experience. I purchased two properties as part of a 1031 exchange in 60 days. Working with agent Jeffrey Crussell went far beyond my expectations. Jeffrey and his team Linda Eyman, Tricia Rose-Wolf and Jackie Moore at Hallmark Escrow assisted me through every step of the transaction, they made everything seem effortless. My transactions were complicated as I sold a property in Orange County and then bought one property in Los Angeles and another one in Ventura County. Jeffrey Crussell was a masterful negotiator and got me amazing deals. I would highly recommend First Team and Jeffrey for any real estate transaction. They were all knowledgeable; skilled in negotiations, patient and solid when I was overwhelmed by multiple decisions and challenges.

KEEP AWAY FROM FIRST TEAM REAL ESTATE TUSTIN. The manager Mike Hampten turns a blind eye to his agents who are incompetent, fraudulent, untrained and racist. When i went into their office, I stood in dog poop on the floor! My agent said I don’t belong in Villa Park and tried to tell me i would feel more at home in garden grove. Then my agent forged my signature on a document and outright lied to me. The escrow company is Hallmark and the escrow officer was drunk and smelled of beer. This office needs to be closed down. Don’t ever do business with these people. there are plenty of real estate offices to choose from, don’t ever use first team real estate Tustin.

Beware of dealing with First Time Real Estate. Their agents are completely unethical, rude and lie to those dealing with them. You’ll see this in a number of reviews on this page. Typically you see a few bad reviews but here on Unilocal you’ll see quite a few. I would highly recommend listing with a different firm as well as not putting any offers on homes that they are the listing agents. Look at Victor’s review. Similar to ours they tried to pass off $ 25k in repairs and dangerous conditions as minor items. Beware of ever dealing with First Team Real Estate.

If I could put no stars I would. The realtor was rude, crude, and deceitful. Either She was totally incompetent or just dense. She didn’t know that the house had unpermitted electrical improvements, and tried to pass off crappy repair work as «safe» which required me to do a second walk-through. Then she flat out lied saying valves are supposed to leak as they run, when the valve next to the leaking one didn’t. This agent perpetuated a pattern of deceit that is sickening and is a pitfall for unsuspecting homebuyers.
Then this office used an Escrow Company that had all the wrong amounts on my Escrow Documents, didn’t list my incentive credit from the bank promotion, and almost had me sign the loan docs in opposition of the Bank’s direction.
Honestly, go with Redfin. You can get more incentive money back, they are realtors that work for a third party so they can give financial incentive rebates back to their customers.

Larry Sangiorgio just helped us purchase our first house. He has gone and continues to go above and beyond to help us out. When first searching for houses, Larry took us to many different places, quickly figured out what we were looking for, and then tailored our search to properties that matched our preferences. Larry was always honest with us, and he was truly motivated to help us find the perfect home for us. His experience helped us to find the right house, get a good price, and close quickly.
He is always available by phone or email whenever we need. I think I probably called him literally 100 times throughout the process, and every single time, he either answered the phone or called me back in less than 5 minutes. It’s now 3 weeks after we closed, and Larry is still helping us out by finding contractors and by answering any questions we have or giving us any advice we need.
I don’t think buying the right home could have been any easier, and it’s because of Larry. I honestly think I could not have found a better realtor in all of California. I recommended him to my father, and I would recommend him to anyone I ever meet who is looking to buy or sell real estate.

Kihae Otani is AMAZING. I highly recommend him! The lease for my apartment was ending soon and my room mates and I needed a place to move into ASAP by the end of the month. Kihae was very patient and worked hard to find us a nice 4 bedroom apartment with washer and dryer included for under $ 2800. That is difficult feat in itself. He took really good care of us and despite all the obstacles and bid wars that we faced he never gave up. He responded to our e-mails and calls quickly and even e-mailed us listings at 5am in the morning! I can’t recommend the man enough! If I ever plan on buying a house or moving again, I will definitely call him up.
