I also booked Jesse on his 5-​star Unilocal review. He does show up to all his appointments. I say this because I’ve had contractors come out and then noshow. He will also give you a fair price in all his work. He finished quick with the bathroom offered suggestions for improvements. I would definitely call him again! Thank You!

We had Jesse do a variety of small projects (replace outside light & faucet, front lock/​handle and bathroom faucet). He was quick & efficient, handling unexpected project twists professionally. Very pleased with outcomes and at competitive market rates. Will definitely use him again.

Jesse came out to repair our fence. Other contractors wanted to replace everything and start over. Jesse looked at what was there and gave us a quote using the vinyl fencing we had and replacement parts needed to fix the fence. The whole thing cost a fraction of other contractors wanted. Jesse was fast, friendly and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend his company to my friends.

We booked Jesse based on the Unilocal reviews and the open line of communication between us. I requested for a quote from multiple contractors and he was the first to reply within less than an hour.
We had 2 projects for him — 1) to remove old bathroom faucet and install new one.
He removed it quickly and got the new one up and running.
2) replace 4 recessed lighting. He troubleshooted the issue and got them all to work!
He arrived a little early and was done in 2 hours. He asked if he wanted us to clean up but we did it anyways.
Very happy with his professional work and efficiency.

Had at least 8 different mini projects for Jesse to complete ranging from changing the kitchen and bathroom faucet, removing and installing a ceiling fan, and several light fixtures. Jesse can do it all, and the quality of his work is great.
His prices are pretty reasonable and he struck me like a hard working honest person that is not going to rip you off like some of my past experiences I’ve had with other handymen.
The only negative for now, is that Jesse is a one man show and he can get backed-​up on work so you have to schedule a couple of weeks in advance, but he is great at communicating and level setting expectations.
Highly recommend his work and he is officially my go to person for any project around the house.

My experience with Everything But Broken has been stellar. Jesse is a true professional. He shows up on time, is upfront about scheduling, and does not take advantage of your time. He is courteous, knowledgeable and gets the job done on time and on budget. Just a few of the things Jesse has done in my home: Installed all plumbing fixtures, upgraded electrical, installed outlets, lowered outlets, trouble shot all interior and exterior electrical, installed light fixtures, fixed a leaky toilet, installed heavy décor mirrors, shelving, and chandeliers, installed bathroom fan, wired my brand new smart TV’s, installed our garbage disposal… and there is still more. If you are looking for a handyman and skilled tradesperson who is fair, friendly and reliable, Jesse is the guy.

Jesse has done a few jobs for us and we have been very happy. He works hard to get the job done and is very reasonably priced. My husband and I are very thankful to have someone reliable to count on when we need something fixed! We would recommend Jesse to anyone looking for a good reliable handyman.

Jesse retrofitted two bathroom light/​fans among other things at my home. He was able to find the parts even though the unit had been discontinued. Everything works great. He also had another guy helping him who installed two lighting fixtures in different bathrooms. He did a great job and to top it off he was really respectful and called me ma’am. :) Great work.

Jesse was really nice and professional. Did a great job fixing an electrical problem that we had been putting off for some time. His prices seemed reasonable and he completed the job in a shorter amount of time then I expected. He even gave a cookie to our daughter!

Jesse is awesome. Very reliable, always on time and prices very fair. Also, he’s very fast and gets it done correctly. I’ve had him do everything from running wire to hanging up stuff on my walls. He’s helped me at home and on my office. To top it all off, he’s got a great attitude and he’s genuinely a nice person and hard worker.

We needed some work done in our new house and reached out to Jesse when looking for a handyman. It eventually took us eight weeks to get to the point where we needed his services; but compared to others he was very responsive and always got back to us even though we needed to push the appointment several times.
When it finally came to do the work Jesse was on time and did a great job moving several ceiling lamps around, rewiring some of the light switches and do the necessary drywall.
All in all we were very happy, would highly recommend him and will definitely call him again.

Called him out to reinstall the mircowave after we had our kitchen cabinets replaced since the cabinet guys wouldn’t. He was awesome, fast & most important really polite and patient with my 2 boys. Really nice & honest guy.

Jesse is a fine example of a great handy man. He can fix anything you toss at him and he does it cheerfully and intelligently. He is skilled in many areas such as plumbing, electrical and can assess a problem and design the solution for everything else.
Not only is he talented, but he is punctual, tidy and fun to be around. We would highly recommend him to anyone who needs help around the house.

Jesse told us he graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Electrical Engineering! And is a licensed electrical engineer in the state of Arizona. We didn’t know that until after he was here to put up a curtain rod, hang a heavy mirror and help us with a plumbing issue. All was handled successfully and he is a delightful guy.
Professional, courteous, great communication about his arrival time. We will definitely go back to Jesse when we need help, and would have great confidence in having him tackle pretty much any challenge.

We love Jesse!!! I called him this morning needing someone to fix our dryer vent underneath our mobile home. He called me back an hour later and was able to come over this afternoon! He cleaned out the vent and fixed the problem very quickly.
Jesse is so nice and VERY reasonably priced. I’ve already got a running list of little projects for him to do. I’m so happy we found our new handyman!

Thanks to Jesse who definitely came to the rescue on my apartment remod. From the big stuff, to the details — he was on it. His work is excellent, and he has an eye for detail which makes me a super satisfied customer! Jesse has been totally reliable as far as getting what needs to be done, done. …don’t bother calling anyone else!

Jesse is absolutely awesome. I called him crying because there was a horrible smell inside my mobile home. Pee or dead animal? He said he would come out the next day at 5:30. I’ve had a handymen say they would come and didn’t so I texted him this morning to confirm. Yes he’d be here. At 4:30 he called, telling me he was on his way and got here sooner than expected.
Well 1 ½ hours later of crawling under and walking every inch of the outside and inside of my home he found several sources of cat pee. We had a plan. Then we came into my bedroom and BAM! Where was this pee smell coming from? Jesse stuck his head in the heat duct and there it was. How does cat pee get into a closed duct system? I don’t know how he figured this out, but I really don’t think anyone else would have.
He taped off every duct since it was traveling through them. Next I have to get a duct cleaner. I wish Jesse could do it.
His fees are beyond fair, he’s easy going and really easy to be around. I’m so glad I finally found a handyman who shows up.

I was very happy with the jobs that the owner did for me. Jesse was extremely qualified in his electrical knowledge and worked in a professional manner. His rates are very competitive and he spent extra time to make sure it was done right and that I was satisfied with the work.
