Ferial is not a professional hairstylist.
She is not caring and have a horrible attitude. I had an horrible horrible experience with her. I trusted her and she respond rudely. I was shock the unprofessional way that she talks. She doesnt respond when you have problem. She response only when you wanna pay. I dont like to write the whole story to make reader tired but she is not reliable and i dont recommend her.
Because of the bad reputation she has several accounts in Unilocal ! It took a while to find the real account ! All fake and lie. After you have issue with her, you see the real face! This is sooooo sad !

I’m so happy I found this place! I came here to get a hair cut, and asked to keep the length and just shape it up. Ferial did exactly what I wanted. My hair looked fantastic, so neat. She was really professional and friendly. I will definitely come back in a couple of months!

Episode of Ferial is one of the best hair stylists around! Ferial is knowledgable and experienced in all hair types! She has been my hairstylist now for the past 8 years! In the past year I had to move to Michigan which was a huge bummer since that meant I would have to find a new hair stylist! Well I tried and no one could compare to the «Ferial experience»! So now I just fly back to California every other month just for her to work her magic! This is someone I would recommend just to about anyone!!!
