Today was my first time with this office & they were great! Very friendly, great customer service & Dr. Elson was very patient & thorough with my visit. Explained my options & what would work better with my vision. They have a huge selection & take their time to make sure your happy with your choice of eye wear. I will definitely be returning & recommending to my family & friends!

Dr. Broady has been my optometrist over 10 years, she’s the best. Not only is she professional and keeps up with the latest technology… she’s a Christian… someone you can trust. The staff are great… we love Carla. Thank you for taking care of our precious eyes.

I loved this clinic. Such friendly and knowledgeable staff. They took time and check each and every problem of my eye. Being new to the area and not sure where to go to get my eyes checked I am so grateful to have been referred to Dr. Broady and would refer others to her in the future.

This place is great. Everyone is very helpful. They have a decent selection of glasses. They actually have more colors if you ask them. They are really good about warranties concerning the glasses too. I have been going here for over 10 years. The equipment for exams is state of the art.

I was a patient of Dr. Broady’s office for years, but after the last pair of glasses they sold me, I will never go back.
For my last purchase, Dr. Broady’s team upsold me on an anti-​glare coating for my lenses. I paid extra for this after their recommendation, and it ended up being one of the worst purchases I’ve ever made. As soon as I started wearing my new glasses, I knew something was wrong. If I got a smudge on my lenses, I couldn’t clean them. Any skin oil that touched the lenses would cling to them like a magnet, and even with a cleaning cloth and cleaning solution, all I could do was smear the oil around.
I emailed Dr. Broady’s office within a few days and notified them of the problems I was having cleaning my glasses. I even told them that they should not recommend the anti-​glare coating to anyone, because it just made the glasses worse. They actually had the gall to respond and tell me that the coating should be fine and that no one else had a problem with it. I stupidly thought that maybe I just needed to get used to it, and didn’t demand for the lenses to be replaced.
All this «anti-​glare» coating got me was two years of streaky vision. If you’ve ever tried to watch a movie or drive at night while your glasses are streaky, you know how aggravating it is. Imagine never being able to fully clean your lenses. Imagine spending 20 minutes at a time scrubbing them just to get them halfway decent, multiple times per day.
When I finally went to a different optometrist for my next pair of lenses, I explained the troubles I’d had to the eye doctor there. He tried cleaning my old lenses with a cloth and solution, but couldn’t get them clean! He explained that the coating was shockingly low quality, and seemed openly astounded that anyone had actually put it on a lens.
When I got new glasses from my new optometrist, they provided a high-​grade anti-​glare coating that is a cinch to clean — one wipe and my glasses are streak-​free. I will never go back to Cynthia Broady’s office. It seems that they are more interested in making money than providing quality lenses.

My mom and I have been going to Dr Broady for years. I’ve always been pleased with the friendliness, cleanliness, service, and variety of frame options.
This visit, I didn’t buy frames from this location, and Dr Broady was happy to make sure I was getting the best deal I could. She happily gave me my prescription to pass along to the optometrist I was buying from.

This was my first trip to the Optometrist since I was a child. I was uncertain of what to expect, but I was surprised by how quick and how pleasant my experience was!
The woman who greeted me at the reception desk was very warm and friendly. She also helped me pick out frames that fit me and looked best on me at the end of my appointment. She was helpful and honest about what looked good and what didn’t. I wish I could remember her name because she was so great!
Dr. Broady was also amazing. I am so thankful that I was referred by my sister to go visit her. She was fast, helpful and made my entire appointment experience fun!
I will definitely be coming back. Cynthia Broady Optometry is where I will be going for all of my Optometry needs!

Fantastic professionalism and customer service. I fell on cement TWICE in the last six months, both times breaking my glasses. (Never happened before — hopefully never again!) Bought new glasses the first time, and then had to buy a second frame less than 6 months later! They very kindly gave me a professional discount the second time — guess they figured I had enough to worry about! Terrific staff and doctors — highly recommend.

The office staff and the doctors (Dr. Broady and Dr. Jensen) are extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Both my adult children are seen at this office as well. Dr. Broady and her staff are excellent. She explained my eye issues and offered solutions. Her staff helped me select my new frames and they are cute! They are prompt, efficient and very nice too!

They are awesome! Great staff and both doctors are very friendly and fast. Great hours and on Saturdays too! Their eyeglass selection is very good. My whole family goes there and they are children friendly. I have been going there for about 5 years now and have always gotten great service.

This was my first visit to Dr. Broady’s office. I needed a new eye doctor and she was recommended by my insurance company. She was amazing! It turns out my previous doctor had me in the wrong contacts, it has been 3 days and I can see like a new person! Her exam was very thorough, she explained everything and went above and beyond to make sure I could see clearly! Wow what a difference a correct fitting and accurate prescription for contacts can make, thank you Dr Broady, you have a patient for life!

Excellent quality! I’ve never had an optometrist find such perfect prescriptions for my eye glasses and contact lenses. Professional, super friendly and beautiful facility! Definitely my eye Dr. for life!

Dr. Broady is very friendly and knowledgeable. I have been going to her for years, and just recently underwent LASIK. She’s an affiliate of the surgeon, so I can am getting all my pre and post-​op visits there. She’s given great information on the procedure, medications, and answered all my questions. She doled out enough fake tears samples to last for a couple of weeks too, a nice bonus.

Convenience of setting up an appointment time that matched my work schedule was a cinch and the clarity of information provided by the staff regarding my insurance was impeccable. The exam process was very informative and simple which is extremely important to me as I normally don’t tend to enjoy tests and long exams.
