We are a family practice. Dr. Crumpton has practiced medicine in the area for over 35 years. We have 3 Nurse Practitioners who specialize in bio-identical hormone replacement and diet programs. We offer Immigration Physicals and the paperwork necessary for citizenship. We are truly a one stop shop with medications, vitamins, supplements, and skin care products on site. We provide physical therapy and radiology services in house. We also provide laser hair removal, Botox, fillers, IPLs, and much more! We accept Medicare, PPOs, and Cash paying patients

History

Established in 1986.

Dr. Crumpton graduated from UCLA with his medical degree. After his internship and residency, he established his own family practice caring for families in the Tustin area.

A solid five stars for Dr. Crumpton and his nurse practitioners. The doctor has a great bedside manner and really cares about his patients. The nurse practitioners are really organized and they have motivated me to take better care of my health. I recommended him to all my family members.

This place has such outrageous billing. I came in just for a checkup and they charged my card for $ 60 for an office visit (that’s why the front desk clerk told me). Two months later, i received another bill for $ 80 because they claimed that the office what a comprehensive visit? and the $ 25 for a pregnancy test? I didn’t even want to take the pregnancy test because i was sure that i was not pregnant. But the NP insisted that i take it since i was already there. I could have purchased a $ 8 test from CVS. When i called the office to inquire about the bill, the receptionist told me that they will not make any adjustment. I will not be coming here again because the service is the same as other doctors’ office that i’ve been too. If you want to be charged with an arm and a leg for one simple visit, then you can check them out.

Best medical office ever! I have been coming here for 7 years and love coming to the doctor’s office! Dr. Crumpton is a great physician, as well as Nurse Practitioner Surgenor! They are always respective of your health, your preferred treatments, and your overall health like no office I’ve been to. If you’ve had a bad experience here, first I’m skeptical and 2^nd I’m sorry you did, next time see Surgenor she’s a sweetheart!

Finally able to get into Dr. Crumpton’s office. I haven’t seen a doctor in years and so I wanted to get a check up. He was very personable, funny and made me feel comfortable. Nicole and Holly, the nurse practitioners are so wonderful. I see Nicole for most my visits and she always makes it an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this practice if you’re looking around for a new doctor.

Love the Doctors, have issues with the front desk receptionist, Angie. I needed a form filled out so I called the office and spoke with Angie. For some reason Angie thought I wanted my visit dates changed on these forms. She told me the office will not PERJURE themselves for me! WOW! The office manager Vanessa, and Doctor Nicole were able to LISTEN to what I needed and work this out. I wrote a letter to the office and Dr. Crumpton himself and have not heard a word! It’s a shame that such a great group of Doctors and staff have such an awful woman representing them.

Dr. Crumpton is one of the best doctors I’ve had! I have been seeing him for over 10 years! With anything from a common cold to even more serious issues. He is very knowledgable, super nice and always takes his time to listen to your needs and explain everything to you in great detail. Jennifer, one of his nurse practitioners is wonderful too! I highly recommend them both :)

I’ve only met with Dr. Crumpton twice-once for my physical and the second for a follow up to go over results of my blood work. I definitely feel comfortable with his medical opinion and evaluation. What impressed me most was how he took time to talk to me about other things other than my health. I liked that he didn’t seem to be in a rush to get me out the door just to get to the next patient. He took time to talk to me, was very casual, and very relaxed. He spent equal time talking to me about non-health issues as he did to talk to me about my health and history.
I would certainly recommend Dr. Crumpton.
