I went to drive through and ordered a whopper with cheese, ketchup and mayo only and onion rings. I had to repeat myself 3 times for Ketchup and Mayo only and they still screwed it up and gave me ketchup and old wilted lettuce only. The onion rings were soggy and tasteless. Ever hear of salt. And yet the want $ 15.00 an hour to screw up a meal. Don’t go here ever!

If you folks want to sell breakfast… please have somebody to take my order. Kitchen was empty… front counter was empty. .Drive thru was empty. Waited for 4 min. Then asked if anyone was there. A tiny Mexican woman poked her head around a cabinet and said, «one second». I told her I’ve already waited several minutes. Nice job BK. Losing market share. How hard is it to F up fast food? Just ask BK.

We order three burgers, and we asked two of those burgers to have two bottom buns because he couldn’t eat sesame seeds. We then get both burgers with sesame seed buns and when we complain about one burger, they fixed it and then added more catch up and mustard to make us mad

Avoid coming to this place. Staffs are rude and can’t even speak proper English. This place is just horrible from A to Z

Come here for their $ 1.4910-pcs chicken nugget deal. Actually, this place is quite big and clean, unlike the other fast-food places. However, there were only 4 people(including me) sitting inside at dinner period. It’s sad to say but I really worry about how long this location can be surviving.

Remodeled! The interior has plenty of seating and it’s not so grim any more. The food is still the same but at least it is never too crowded. If you want to have a place to sit and eat fast food you might as well come here. Too bad I can’t say I love Burger King burgers though.

Count your change! They’ll try to nickel and dime you… they charged me tax TWICE and said that it’s «normal» …probably so that they can pocket the money! Forget counting your change… just stay away from this location! The food sucks and so does the service! The so called manager is completely rude and doesn’t give a rip about customer service!

I try to avoid fast food but on days when I haven’t eaten a thing and the football game starts in 10 minutes I have no strength to stay away from the various fast food options surrounding my apartment. I decided on Burger King, because I hadn’t had it in awhile a whopper sounded delicious. I cannot comment on the interior of this location as I stuck to the drive-thru since I was in a time crunch. The person who took my order and gave me my food was very friendly and polite and gave me a sauce without charging me, which was appreciated. As for the food, the whopper was just as delicious as I had hoped! However, the fries were cold and just kinda gross. I was thankful I had that free sauce to mask the cardboard flavor of the fries. Next time I come here I might just skip the fries(and added calories) and stick to the burgers. After all, its not called Fry King :)

This location had a recent remodel. The inside looks very upscale now. They have a Coke Freestyle and a TV in the middle of the room showing CNN(it lowers my appetite due to the current headlines I’ve been seeing on the channel.) They have comfortable, coffee shop-style seats. I could sit there for hours, but once in a while there are bugs on the window and I don’t want them to crawl onto me. The staff here seems friendly, but it sort of feels like they have happy masks that are about to melt off. According to their cash register, they now don’t accept prepaid credit cards anymore. I’m not sure who pays with those, but one can sometimes get them from rebates from merchandise at Fry’s, so I’ll avoid using them here. Although the food tastes normal, the last two orders I ate here made me feel unwell, but the other people in my party did not have any symptoms. I hope it’s not an allergy to an ingredient they use. They also have a coupon book for sale at $ 1(cash only) with coupons for free ice cream and free value size fries. Since the basic price for an ice cream cone is $ 1 already, it’s well worth it. They have an outdoor playground, too.

I have been going to this Burger King for years. Recently I have noticed they are trying to revamp themselves with some newer menu items. They also now have a mobile app that can be used to check their menu and get specials. I came here through the drive-thru on a Friday morning and ordered the 2 Breakfast burrito meal. To my surprise, the person that took the order asked if I wanted the cream and sugar added inside my coffee. I only had previously experienced that kind of service at McDonald’s. I gladly asked her to add 2 creams and sugar into my coffee so I didn’t have to add and mix it myself. After ordering, it did took about 5 minutes before I was handed the bag with the food, which at the other food place I mentioned usually it is much quicker. The breakfast burritos with sausage and eggs tasted good and the coffee was okay. It was enough to satisfied my hunger that morning for under $ 5.

The Whopper burger was not very excited but not bad. The fries was good. The soda machine was very fancy with a lot of flavors.

Picking up my son’s dinner. I was super annoying since my son changed his mind 10 times while I ordered. The girl working was super patient and nice. She even threw in some extra sauce!

You couldn’t tell from the outside but inside this Burger King has high vaulted ceilings and a fancy soda machine, with a touch screen, that serves ginger ale. They’ve brought back the meaning of fast food«restaurant».

Could have overlooked the rude girl in the drive through. But to get all the way home and find out they forgot the burger on my «burger»??? Well that’s where I draw the line. It’s unfortunate that Burger King is the closest fast food restaurant to my home. Must find alternate routes around town…

Burger King is trying really hard to come back from their multiple year slump. They’ve added a 4.99 value combo menu, and some new items. They serve cinnabon minibons, but they are definitely worse quality than the ones you get from the mall kiosk. The service when I walked inside was polite and fast, and the seating area and soda fountains were clean. The food itself was not that good, but not bad either. I couldn’t really ask for anything more. Note: If you’ve avoid this place as long as I have, you’ll notice they reverted to different french fries. They used to be pretty good, but now they’re almost the same as Yellow Basket fries.

This is absolutely the WORST fast food place I have ever been to. So disgusting. And HOW the heck are their prices so high? The food is awful. The chicken was old, dried out, cold, and tasted like crap. The fries were loaded with salt, cold, and old. GROSS.
