Our goal is to never close late. After your loan is structured, Alison will provide proactive and consistent communication throughout the loan process. When she’s not in the office (we don’t let her out very often), you will find her enjoying life with good friends and Stevie, which is her teacup poodle and Broadview Tustin’s Branch Mascot.

Melissa Johnston — Loan Approval Specialist

Before she joined The Webster Team, Melissa was working behind the scenes as a loan underwriter. Her knowledge of lending guidelines provides our clients and the real estate agent community with reliable financing solutions. When Melissa’s not in the office you will frequently find her on a boat at the river with her family and Jax (her beloved dog).

As a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist, Ben puts an extensive amount of care and effort into evaluating and finding the right mortgage financing solution for each client’s unique situation. The Webster Team has a clear and proactive process to ensure our client’s loans close smoothly and on time. When Ben isn’t in the office, he’ll be the first to suggest checking the local surf report as a clue to where he might be.
