I am the proud owner of Big Top Jumpers in Orange County, CA. We are a family business since 2001. As parents and previous bounce house renters, we got tired of dirty and neglected jumpers. So we set out to delivery a new experience when renting bouncers, waterslides, combos, and concessions. We clean and sanitized every unit prior to each rental. I inspect and source out the finest quality units which provide for a safe and fun experience. Every unit of ours comes with built in safety steps and emergency exits. What is in the inside of the unit is just as important as the outside. All of our units have safety construction within the membranes to insure safe inflation and deflation. We also only rent units with tight knit netting that prevents fingers from getting stuck or broken. This also prevents children’s natural inclination to climb the netting when it is the open knit netting. We offer a variety of units to accommodate all your party and special event needs!

This is the third time I’ve used Big Top Jumpers and I have nothing but WONDERFUL things to say about the jumpers and their service. They always deliver the jumper on time and set up is super quick. The Jumper is clean and never had an issue with it not working. I recommend them to all my friends and will continue to use them when we need a jumper.

Hello fellow Unilocalers! I recently rented one of their combo jumpers. I usually go through another company for my jumper rentals. However, that company was out of stock on the jumper that I wanted. When I called this company up it was a short notice event and they still were able to deliver one of their high demand bouncers. Professionalism, courtesy and cleanliness were the qualities that I experienced with this company from the moment that I worked with them. And they were $ 20 cheaper than the company that I usually go through. I will look at Big Top before I look at other bounce house rentals. Yes. I recommend this company for party rentals.

I recently used their service for my sons 1st Birthday party and I must say their 7 in 1 bounce house kept all the children at the party well occupied. The gentleman that set up our bouncer was on time and had everything set up in 15 minutes. And thing I loved about it the most was that I ordered the bouncer with only 1 day in advance and they came through short notice. Thank you very much for your courtesy and professionalism.

I used Big Top Jumpers over the weekend for my daughter’s 3rd birthday party and had a great experience. I called Mike and he was very kind and professional. The driver showed up a few minutes early, was very polite and set things up for us. He gave us a little extra time at pickup, took everything down and was very professional. So happy I booked with them… I had another company that I was booking, but come to find out when I went to the city to get the permit, they were not approved in Huntington Beach. I had no idea that was a requirement. The city gave me a list of approved companies and this was one.
They were the first to call me back, and with only a 5 day notice, they booked and delivered for us. The Princess Castle with the slide was awesome and super clean…
They set up it up and picked up exactly when they said they would.
I have already referred a friend to them that was at our party.

Big Top Jumpers did a great job. Mike was easy to coordinate everything with and very responsive. We had the jumper for a Super Bowl party — so I know they were very busy. They did not inflate their prices give the busy date (pun intended). Also, delivery and pickup were seamless and everyone was friendly. The jumper itself was clean and in good shape. First time
We needed a standard bounce house ($ 70) from 9 am — 3 pm, for a kids New Year’s Eve party. I emailed on Monday, and received a call from them within 10 minutes of sending them an inquiry.
They were super efficient and easy to use. The delivery time was even earlier which we enjoyed having extra time to prepare for the party! Then they installed and left, and removal was just as smooth. The jumper itself was clean and in great condition.
I’m very happy to find an affordable, reliable, and efficient company to work with for our future party needs!

Just used their services this past weekend and it was great! We rented a slide and bounce house combo, and it was clean. The kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
They were also very accommodating — I couldn’t make up my mind on where I wanted it setup since weather forecast called for rain. But they worked with me and it all worked out great! Would definitely use them again.

I could see why Big Top Jumpers have 5 stars on reviews. I rented the 7-​n-​1 tropical island combo and was a perfect size for our party. They arrived 1 hour earlier as stated and the set up time was quick. absolutely will refer to friends. very pleased.

Driver had a «hiccup» at the last stop and was an hour late to the scheduled time. Called the boss to complain, but she threatened to refund the money and not bring the jumper at all instead of offering any accommodation to satisfy her customers. She obviously did not care about customer service for her business. Shame.

They have a large variety of fun jumpers to choose from, and they are always clean. However, their service is why I am obliged to write a review. The owners are so accommodating, and their delivery guy (Chris), is just amazing every time. They are on time, friendly, and always go above and beyond to meet our needs. We found our go to jumper spot! Def recommend!
