History

Established in 2004.

The law firm was formed in 2004 by Rick Hall and Mike Tanner. Douglas Hargett joined the firm as a partner in July, 2009. Rick, Mike and Douglas have spent their entire legal careers representing clients in all types of civil litigation at the trial and appellate levels. Trying and winning cases and achieving results that best serves each particular client is the goal of our firm. In order to reach this goal, Rick, Mike and Douglas believe that the firm’s small size is its greatest asset. Cases are handled by a focused group of experienced attorneys who strive to build relationships of trust and communicate with their clients on a regular basis. This enables the firm’s attorneys to provide a high level of personalized service to their clients, and to do so in a cost-​effective manner.
