Established in 2000.

Netcare started as a dialup ISP and quickly expanded to offering high speed wireless connections. Running a busy ISP quickly taught us that people with computers connected to the Internet also have a lot of computer problems. This prompted the expansion into computer repair along with virus and spyware cleanups.

I worked as a UNIX system administrator at the Army CERL lab in Champaign, IL and at the University of Illinois before hoping on the Internet bandwagon in 2000. I built the business from scratch, along the way learning about microwave wireless technologies and tower climbing to setup high speed Internet links between local towns.
