Little diversity in the staff working there, did not get a warm welcome at this business being someone considered«ethnic», was not approached by a sales rep for help either. This was maybe my second time there and I got a similar vibe last time too, which is a shame because for a beauty junkie they have some good options.

Let me start off by saying I spend quite a bit of money here. I tend to buy the more expensive brands of makeup and I have tried many of the ‘prestige’ brands. I have 2 frustrations with Ulta, the first being that they’re always out of something. I cannot remember a time when I have gone in looking for something and they’re out of at least one thing I’m looking for. That is ridiculous. The second thing is the LINES at checkout. They’ll have multiple people working the floor and only one person at the checkout. It feels like Wal-Mart!!! It’s this way at the Hoover store too. After today I’m switching to Sephora. Maybe I’ll have a better experience.
