Very friendly wait staff, food was delicious. Steaks cooked perfect and the green beans were tasty. Not along wait time from the time we ordered our food either. We will definitely be back!!!

Poor service, hair in food, and not worth the wait.
Not a good experience. Called ahead for a party of 10, but when we arrived were told they couldn’t seat us together. When I insisted since we were there for a bday, the front desk employees — including the manager — acted as though my request was reasonable. They seated a party of 8 that came in after us in a booth that could have sat 10. Service was poor. Had to wait on refills and only brought out 1 basket of 4 rolls for 10 people.
When food finally arrived, there was a long HAIR in food. Server took plate up and 30 minutes later the same manager brought another out. No apologies, just here’s your food.
Asked for them to sing happy birthday more than once and they totally ignored us.

The only reason for the one star is the excellent service. We came in with a party of 12. They won’t take reservations and won’t seat you until entire party is there. I understand the theory behind this but we had nine of the twelve there. Also, we were seated at two separate booths at the back of the restaurant right in front of the bathrooms. It was hard for people to get past with the chairs in the aisle and it was a high traffic area. There were two occasions where drinks were ordered and the bar didn’t have the beer/​liquor. I ordered my steak rare, it came out well doe. Because of how long it took to get the food, there was no point in complaining.

Went a couple of weeks after opening during peak hours. My party of two was seated in less than 10 minutes. The staff was friendly from start to finish and we received our meal pretty quickly. Overall, our food was great. My steak was slightly overcooked, however.

Don’t think I’ll be back. Arrived at 7, given 50 – 60 min wait. Was in no big hurry at that time. 1hr and 20 min. later our party of 6 was seated (after asking what was going on after 1 hr and 10 min.) Six meals ordered, none of the 5 we received, except the ribs, were cooked to order. Most were over cooked. And, I say 5 because my meal never came. One check by our waitress, followed by a delay that was long enough for all others to finish, the manager came, said she would check on my meal. Came back several minutes later. Apologized because they lost my steak, went back and had them cook my steak. When it finally arrived (well done, not medium), I just had them box it and ate it cold at home. They comped my meal, as well they should, and took another 10% off. Thanks, but… Several other major and minor things during the meal, like smoking by cook staff in the bathroom, just turned me off completely. Only positive thing, my 11 oz. steak was more like 16 oz. But really lost my appetite by then…

Went there for dinner on a Sunday night, took about 20 min. To get a table. Not bad considering how busy it us. Very fun place, very good waiter, and the food was spot on. I loved the Cinni butter they give you for your fresh rolls. The ribs where fall off the bone delicious. My husband had the 10 oz steak. Very moist and tender. Love the little song and dance they do. Did I mention the bucket of peanuts my out get as well. I will be back

I have to say that the staff and service were an 8 out of 10 for me. But I ordered my 10 Oz ribeye to go, and I ordered it medium rare. When I got home, my steak was EXTREMELY rare. Almost still completely raw. Other than that, I was happy. Not the best steak I’ve ever had, but definitely not the worst

Usually when I visit a new restaurant I expect the usual blah that goes with it. Texas Roadhouse is a whole ‘nother experience. From the staff to the main course (I didn’t order desert) this place is top notch. I ordered a 10 oz ribeye (I had already eaten 30 min earlier). The steak had a great flavor, but the texture was a little off. It came with a loaded sweet potato. You haven’t had a sweet potato ’till you eat this one. I know I hadn’t. I would go back just for the sweet potato.
