C P-Campus Way

this place advertises itself as cheap, but it’s false advertising. rent doesn’t include internet, or part of electricity. it only covers a portion of electricity, and the front office inflates electric bills for money. they don’t even let you see the actual statement from the electric company.
cockroaches are a HUGE problem here… maybe because this complex is surrounded by woods. also, cops are here all the time arresting people for fights or drugs. it’s common to see people in the parking lot drinking alcohol, or at the pool. most of the people drinking at the pool aren’t even students or residents of campus way. the management is extremely rude, because they see young people as idiots who provide rent checks and nothing more. the corporation that owns this complex is known as a slumlord, renting out crappy apartments all over the South.
you will have to deal with crazy roommates if you live in their 4bedroom plan, and even if your roommate gets arrested, they won’t be evicted. campus way would rather collect more rent checks than find new tenants, because they usually have trouble replacing tenants. that is because campus way has one of the worst reputations in town for so-​called «student apartments.»
the pool is only 3 feet deep, and half the time it is full of pond scum and bugs. even cheapskate apartments like University Village has 8 pools, not one crappy one.
you will be woken up every night by extremely loud music from the ghetto blasters in people’s cars at 3am every night, and drug dealing is common in the parking lots at night. also, get used to seeing cops driving around there, because they know about all the crime that occurs at campus way.
the management seems to believe in their own superiority simply because they have a facebook page for campus way. which is hilarious, because even grandma has a facebook page now. it’s not that hard or that big of a deal.
AVOID CAMPUS WAY AT ALL COSTS… unless you like felons, drug dealers, cockroaches, and loud music coming out of ghetto blasters all night.
