Worthless manager slow at solving problems. You use to go in and the manager would call ATT about bill problems today I was simply told no, so I left. I’m going to attempt to post on a couple sites before I go with someone else simply because changing a pain in the ASS but I do not look for any response because there customer service line is all ready has a 20 to 30 minute hold time(I’m assuming it’s for COMPLAINTS because they are wanting everyone to go on AUTOPAY so they can charge what they want and they fell not many people have an HOUR or more to talk to a computer and the get cut off when transferred to a live person. I in courage everyone to verify there ATT bill before you make a payment its to late after they’ve got your MONEY I Guarantee you will not get it back or they will tell you they’ll credit it to next months bill and don’t. I never thought I’d say it but ATT sucks and don’t care if you cancel or not because they have signed so many people and at the rate of over $ 400.00 dollars a month I’ve paid ATT they will not get another penny out of me good luck and God bless anyone who stays with ATT.
