Complete Home Health Care changes the way clients feel about end of life care, and we are thoroughly invested in making this time for our clients as care free as possible.

Meet the Business Owner

Celeste H.

Business Owner

Celeste Hill has been in the customer service industry since the age 18. She rose to be an assistant service manager, and then later to facilitate two car dealerships. As a facilitator, she would develop action plans and would work with the employees to create a better environment for the employees and clients. Celeste also worked four years as a mortgage broker where she was consistently the highest performer in every capacity. Celeste has always reported directly to upper tier management resulting from her excellent service skills. Celeste started working for a home health care agency several years ago and decided she was not happy with the way she saw clients and employees being treated. She was also parent to a child with MR from early adulthood. Therefore, given her many experiences dealing with home health services for her son, Celeste aspired to open a Home Health Agency that would stand out from all home health care agencies.
