They don’t even deserve the one star.
I think they heard rental property and I live in San Jose and see $$$$$.
I sent them out to our rental home first week of June 2015. We told them the air wasn’t working and we had someone out last year. They cleaned the coil and put freon in and charges me $ 450.00. Here it is July 2015 and it’s the same issue they want to charge me another $ 250.00 to test for a leak when they should have done that from the start.
Never ever use them again. I wish I could give them no stars.

I signed up for their yearly maintenance program. The most recent service to my home the service man didn’t even have my right size filter. He then told me the company wouldn’t supply filters anymore on the yearly maintenance. I went with Norquist heating and Air out of Modesto.

One of the most professional companies I have ever dealt with. My home warranty sent out two different ac companies from Turlock from June 8th to July 9th 2015. I dealt with two weekends without any ac at all. Those two weekends it got up to 100 and 106. Those two ac companies kept on coming out and adding freon, turning up the pressure, turning down the pressure, replacing the blower motor, replacing the board, ordering the wrong parts, messing with the ducts, and than basically saying your house is old use fans to help with the heat. Ricky came out and had to take out 4 pounds of freon and turn the down the pressure. He informed me that I have a 7 yr old system, that they overcharged the system, and had the pressures ridiculously too high. He could of easily lied to me and kept us on the same path. But instead he fixed the system in 30 min. In 30 min he got the house to cool 3 degrees the other companies had my system working all day to lower the temperature 3 – 5 degrees. I recommend everybody to go with Wally Falkes.

Excellent customer service and extremely prompt! Ricky was friendly, thorough and efficient. He found the root of the problem with our unit and had it running and blowing cold air in a very short time. Thanks to Ricky, Wally Falkes is the only a/​c service we will ever use!

I just had Ricky Garland come out and service my A/​C. Ricky gave me a second opinion on a repair I needed. Wally Falkes was a lot cheaper. Ricky had my A/​C fix in a very short time. I am very pleased on how professional and thorough Ricky was. Wally Falkes is now the only A/​C company I will ever call

I have an almost 100 year old rental in Gustine, and the cental AC/​Heat wasn’t very efficient, the tenant was spending big bucks on PGE bills.
Wally Falke hooked me up with a great low interest lender @ a local credit union and installed quickly. Now I have a happy renter, hopefully for many years!
Fast, friendly people to work with and would surely call again.

About a year ago our water heater was having problems at our rental house. I called them they went right away. They let me pay them over the phone since I wasn’t able to be there. I had the maintenance the a/​c as well since they were there already. I thought their price was really good! Totally recommend for fast, affordable and reliable service

Normally I would write a pretty colorful review, but I’m just disgusted with the service I received and I’m not in the mood.
The service tech that came out to look at my AC from Wally Falke’s correctly diagnosed my issues, BUT he was pretty PUSHY with the UP-​SELL. When I asked him for alternatives because we couldn’t afford what he was pushing, he tried to get us to sign up for credit.
This guy was completely disinterested, just wanted to up-​sell and push his company’s product. That’s fine, but it will NOT get my business.

My air conditioning system stopped functioning on Monday, 6⁄16. I called Wally Falkes and they sent someone out that afternoon to diagnose it. Jaime came out and «pronounced it dead» due to a shorted compressor. He clearly gave me my options that I had to get the system going again. I chose to replace the entire system since mine was a freon system which will be extinct in a couple of years. They ordered the equipment that afternoon and Tony and Jon showed up on Thursday to do the install. It took them about 6 hours to give us cool air in the house again. They then spent another hour or so finishing up the work. They cleaned up after themselves perfectly and were very pleasant to work with.
I have been with Wally Falkes for a couple of years now and have always found them to be very responsive to trouble calls. They have a very reasonably priced maintenance program that I subscribe to that gives me two scheduled visits a year to check my system. This is a great company with great people!

I have been a full service customer of Wally Falkes for about 3 years. About 2 years ago they replaced a part on my furnace which at the time we were not aware that Coleman was having a problem with that part and did not do a recall of the part. Fast forward, that same part went bad again. I contacted Wally Falke and a service man assessed the problem replaced the part with a new and improved part (Coleman finally figured out what the problem was). Because Wally Falkes guarantee all parts and labor for 5 years, I was not billed for the part or labor, that’s what I call great customer service. (Coleman guaranteed the part for only 2 years, not good). I found their service men and office staff to be professional and always willing to arrange a service appointment that fits my schedule. Thanks Wally Falke!

Last summer we had our air conditioner serviced. The company we use before had gone out of business so we were in the market to find a new service provider. A friend had recommended this place and they did do a great job I will be using their services again
