I called in a paint order a few weeks ago to this store. The woman that took the order was exceptionally helpful (5 stars). However, when I came in to the store and mentioned I had called in a paint order to the man behind the counter, he stood there. Then in a invariably less than courteous tone said «You need need to give a name» then gave a condescending sneer. I oblidged and he continued with his rude tone and stated «next time make sure you say a name». Needless to say I will simply go to the highly rated alternate location next time. I am not saying that I should not have provided a name, but the man did not need to be rude to get me the product I was purchasing. (1 star)
