Ruby Oliveira – Scenic Oaks Funding

I recently used Ruby Oliveira for a mortgage on a new house. Given my previous experience with Wells Fargo, my expectations were fairly low. Ruby, however, knocked my socks off. Here’s why:
1). She knows her stuff. This isn’t her first rodeo, and no matter how hard I tried, I couldn’t stump her.
2). She’s on top of things. Like, almost to a fault. She’s not going to miss a deadline, and she’s going to make sure everything’s in when it needs to be in. (If you’ve ever bought a house, you know how important this is!)
3). She’s accessible. I could text or e-​mail, even at odd hours, and I usually got a response within an hour.
4). Scenic Oaks uses a really cool system which keeps you apprised of where in the mortgage process you are and what’s coming next. I was a bit skeptical at first, but found this to be quite helpful.
Long story short, I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Ruby and her team. She’s on top of her stuff and she’s fun to work with too!

I just wanted to say few things about my home finance experience with Mortgage Agent Cynthia Brackett and Scenic Oaks.

Finely, if your Former Veteran looking for Mortgage Agent to deal VA Home Loan; I highly recommend you beyond any shadow of doubt GO WITH CYNTHIA BRACKETT FROM SCENIC OAKS you will be treated right. Cynthia’s performance during this period reflects great credit upon herself and SCENIC OAKS.
