Rico’s Pizza

I don’t know who they have answering the phones to take orders, but they definitely need REAL customer service. I called to ask if they made pasta so the girl puts me on hold, I’m waiting for like 10 minutes, then she answers the phone, «what was your question again?» Then I told her, «you put me on hold for this long to not know what my question was» Then I ask her again «do you guys make pasta?» she says, «no we don’t» it took that long to answer a simple question! Horrible customer service. I’ve always gone to Rico’s since a child, now forget it! New owners need real workers!

There was a live roach in the cheese shaker. Over priced pizza? I’ll rather go to lil ceasers, or better yet digorno and I don’t even have an oven

Very disappointing. VERY loud Mexican music. Couldn’t even have a conversation. I don’t go to have pizza and watch sports to listen to blasting Mexican music and kids running around unattended and climbing on the video games. I’ve been there many times but this was definitely my last

About what you would expect from a mini arcade slash sports bar slash pizza place. Decent pizza with generous toppings and very friendly staff. If you need a quick drink and dinner or a place to watch the game with friends then come here! If your’e looking for a memorable meal… Keep looking because I’m pretty sure Turlock has much more to offer.

My favorite pizza in town. The bread is the just the perfect size the sauce has a sweet taste

The customer service here is the worst I’ve ever experienced, which makes enjoying the actual food pretty difficult. They offer delivery, however, the owners must have forgotten to train their staff in how to do deliveries. The first time I used their delivery service, the girl taking my order forgot to ask how I was paying, and when my pizza arrived and I was paying with a card, she made ME call the store and figure out how to get my payment ran. I had to stand there for nearly 15 minutes until they figured it out. So, I thought I’d try my luck with their pick-​up service. When I arrived, I was ignored for about 7 – 8 minutes until finally someone came over to ask me what I needed. I had ordered an appetizer and the girl (who looked extremely unhappy and annoyed) literally handed me the box without a bag or napkins or even my receipt. When I told her I had asked for ranch, she had already began doing something else and told me I would have to wait. She finished what she was doing and then proceeded to rudely get my ranch and set it down near me. she didn’t even hand it to me or offer a bag to help me carry my order. SO, I gave them one last shot at delivery the next time. I specifically asked the girl on the phone for ranch and EXTRA ranch (which they charged me for). Not only did it take close to an hour for her to arrive (they said 20 – 30 minutes), but when she got here she informed me that my ranch was inside the food boxes. She then left without giving me a receipt AGAIN. I opened the boxes to discover not one single side of ranch. So, I called her to let her know and she told me «well, they told me it was in there so…», in a very rude tone. I replied, «Well, it’s not so can you please bring me some?» She told me no and that she didn’t grab any. So not only did she not inspect the order before in left the store in ensure accuracy, she didn’t even bring any back-​ups in the case that there was inaccuracy. When I asked for her name and her supervisors name, she was reluctant to give it to me and when I called the store, they hung up on me. I will never return to such an unprofessional and rude establishment.

Barely 1 star. Pizza is legit. But floors are dirty and a few workers just standing around. Cleanliness is not their priority tonight. Was busy but slowed down now and a bunch tables with trash on them not being cleaned. Table in front of me has had trash on it for 1 hour. Windex bottle left on the table. I’m about to start cleaning tables. Horrible.

I was just there earlier for the lunch buffet. And have been to it in the past and it’s always the same deal.
I show up and there’s one or two pizzas out. And I leave an hour later and the same pizza was still there. And no new pizza was brought out. The bad thing is that before I paid I asked the lady in the counter if they were going to take out more pizza and she said yes.
I like the place and the environment. But the lunch buffet needs improvement. Also, the pizza was burned and tasted bad.

This place is really good and great service I would recommend it to everyone to come and try it

The pizza there was the best I’ve had in a long time. I went there for lunch and tried the burgers and I was surprised how good the burgers are there. Says a lot about a restaurant that is known for pizza and makes good burgers… I’d recommend this restaurant…

I’ve been to a lot of pizza parlors around the Central Valley, but ricos pizza is one if the best. They have great pizza their chicken wings are awesome tortas (Mexican sandwich) are my favorite and they also have delicious burgers. And great service

I came In to loud Mexican music sat down watched the waitresses giggling counting thier tips. Ordered a salad no words just pay bacon bits si old almost busted my touth. bunch of kids running this place.

I have had several interactions with this pizza place this month. I went there originally because I had a coupon. My first interaction was so-​so but the last two is what warranted the review. Two weeks ago I placed an order for delivery it was one pizza and I was told it would be about 40 minutes since it was busy in there. An hour and a half later I had a house full of hungry, fussy kids, no pizza and I had been on hold for 10 minutes waiting for someone to get back on the phone so I could find out where my order was. The pizza showed up while I was on the phone with the manager. She gave me a discount on the next order I placed.
Today, I ordered a medium 3 topping pizza. I paid for a medium 3 topping pizza and I received a medium 1 topping pizza. It was pick up this time so it was easy to bring it to their attention. They offered to fix it but their solution was inadequate. Instead of remaking the pizza, they put the additional toppings on and reheated it. They toppings don’t stay, it isn’t hot and the reheating has led to chewy pizza. This is poor business conduct and it causes me to question what other corners they are cutting.

Was visiting in Turlock at a friends. Decided to order some pizza for delivery before our friend had to go to work. We called 2 hours before he was supossed to leave, ordered 1 large pizza and wings. Given an ETA of 30 – 35 mins for delivery. Since they don’t take ATM at the door, I paid for the order when I ordered on the phone. Recieved notification of charge on my account as well.
40 mins later still no delivery. 50 mins, nothing. 1 hour, I get impatient and call. I was told they lost my tag so the order was never made. They said they could make it for me and it would be about 40 mins. I told them I wanted the order and we would pick it up instead of waiting for the driver to take 20 mins to drive 3 miles. They refunded me $ 2 for delivery charge, offered no discount for their mistake or inconviencing me. They were rude when I went to pick it up as well.
Pizza was edible but nothing I would waste my money on again with service like that.

We ordered a medium combo pizza & wings before a movie and loved it! The service was great & very clean. The new owners are doing an amazing job! Plan on ordering a party pizza for our next office meeting!
